The electrical socket to charge my phone was coming out of the wall. A quick fix!

the only slight issue we had was the noise: past 11pm our neighbors were using the kitchen as if they were the only people in the flat. some construction noise started around 5am, it sounded like they were working in the room, even though the windows were already closed.

the location is especially great. the photos on booking were the same as the room we stayed, so it was exactly what we expected.

I wish the walls were a bit thicker. We could hear someone snoring in another room.

I wish the price also included the breakfast. Also, I have paid 7,50 EUR for the city tax as an extra and it does not make any sense. I really do not know if there is a reason for it. It is my first time to pay city tax in the countris I have visited so far.

Everything was good and they were very helpful when I needed some help. Also, thank you for the different kinds of tea!

No parking place on site (We used Saba Arsenale, not very far, 20€ for 19 hours). We took a taxi to reach the public parking.

Breakfast not served in the B&B but voucher (1 coffee + 1 croissant) p.p. in a pricy Café, did not get a voucher for the kid. Did not swipe room/bathroom or empty trash can once in 3 days.

I am giving a maximum rate even of our experience wasn't perfect - a pipe broke on a bathroom near our room and we didn't have water in our bathroom. But the place is gorgeous, the location perfect and the staff very kind.

Perfekt location. We booked the deluxe apartment which was perfect for our family (2 adults and 2 girls 16 and 14 ys). Very nice and clean. We booked with breakfast which was served at a nearby cafe...together with the locals. Perfect place and a very nice cafe. Il Tenore also serve snack, coffee and small juice for free. Good service.

Cafe could have been nearer . Separate Bathroom.... no window no air conditioning - impossibly hot. Rubbish bins on street under room. Noisy at 6àm People talking noisily on street through the nighþ. Air conditioning difficult to control. Cold air onto bed.

Parking avaliable far away from appartament and should be not indicated as parking avaliable. Breakfast will be good only for adults, because it's only the coffee and cruasan, absolutely not enought for children especially when tea not included, so also easy we can say there is no breakfast.

Location is excellent for tourists, but big problem with parking, its possible park the car only far away from appart location.

Breakfast wasn't free or even on-site. A/C did NOT keep apartment comfortable. I woke up sweating in my sleep 2 nights and so did my kids. The washer/dryer didn't work as advertised either. Shower door is broken. I feel like we overpaid because i expected the advertised amenities to work. That was disappointing and distracting from a good vacation.

Staff was very friendly.
