The house is so cute! It had everything I needed, was very comfortable, and in a good location. The hosts are wonderful! They gave me a lot of recommendations and a ride to the bus station on my last day. This is a perfect place to stay in Modica.

The only downside is that the house and the way there isn’t accessible for wheelchairs or people who aren’t good afoot which wasn’t a problem for us but could be for others.

We stayed for one night with a family of five. The house is beautiful and the hosts are very friendly. The rooftop terrace is an absolut highlight. The location is perfect, it‘s close to the city, not too loud, and you’re in the city centre by foot in less than five minutes.

Best B&B in Sicily during my month long trip. Spectacular view from the terrace, windows and balconies. Spacious house that would serve a big family or group of friends. They have thought of everything from extra dishes for dining on the terrace to a well equiped kitchen and a variety of comfortable seating for chatting or reading a novel. Every room is bathed in a copious wifi river and sweet Adriana offers many tips for things to do in town. She even picked me up and dropped me off at the train station.

Absolutely amazing stay in this beautiful house. Adriana and her brother are very kind, they provided us with a lot of useful local information. She even proposed to drive us to the bus station in the end. They also left us complemenrary water, sweets and milk. The house itself is spacious with 3 bedrooms and 3 terraces, the one on top offering great panorama. Do not miss this property in Modica, absolutely recommended!

Take into account that there is a heater and air conditioning but stone floors are cold in the winter - so come with thick socks! *We stayed here during Christmas.

Wow. Staying here was one of the best decisions we made. Adrianna and her family are one of a kind. So friendly and Adrianna has the best recommendations for Modica. They were so accommodating and exceeded all our expectations. The view from the terrace is amazing, the rooms are fully stocked and we were just a few minutes walk away from the main square and we found parking!. We absolutely loved our time here and are sure to return. We made a last minute reservation, after hours because the accommodation we booked cancelled our reservation. All for the better because we found this gem. Adriana and the family - thanks again for your amazing hospitality ❤️

I was welcomed personally by the hosts and they reserved a parking spot for me very near to the appartment. The location is ideal to visit Modica and the highlight is definitely the roof terrace with that awesome view.

The WiFi worked well in the kitchen area, bit difficult to use elsewhere. Would be exceptional if the WiFi worked on the terrace as well.

The apartment has original old world charm, but with a large sunny roof terrace with an amazing view. The hosts were absolutely wonderful — good recommendations and even offered to pick me up and drop me off at the train station because it is quite an uphill walk.

Beautiful apartment :) View from terrace was unbelievable. We feel really satisfied with our choice and madame is very nice, helpful and willing. :) I can honestly say that this was my best experience with booking. We were really happy that we find this place and have opportunity to stay here for a few days. This place is located in beautiful city Modica with many points of interest. Really exceeded our expectations.

Beautiful house in the centre of the city with a great, nice terrace. Host is very friendly, communication went also great. We loved staying here. Well equipped, and there are a lot of cafes and restaurants in a walking distance. We can't say anything negative. Thank you for everything!
