You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesWe did not realize that Saline Volterra and Volterra were completely different towns, 8 km away from each other. That was not a problem, but could be for someone who isn't travelling by car.
This very old mill has been converted into a lovely hotel with a restaurant and terrace and a very warm, enthusiastic host, Ricardo.

The restaurant at the hotel is exceptional and staff is happy to accommodate specific requests. A variety of options for breakfast - yoghurts, pastry, fruits, cold cuts and cheese.

CanadaBreakfast had delicious options, numerous baked choices, fruits, cakes, yogurts, jams, drinks... Service was great!! Ricardo is very attentive and friendly. Our room was a nice size with character, in a nice old mill with history in a small village close to Volterra! Small grocery close by, parking onsite, and Ricardo serves great food in his restaurant attached to the hotel, so all is very convenient.

ItalyWe've stayed at Vecchio Mullino for a night in the end of May'22 in one of their double rooms. The room was very clean, quiet, and air conditioned. The stuff is kind and friendly (and speak English so to give decent orientation) and there is a free parking for the guests of the restaurant and the hotel. Next morning we had a nice breakfast (the usual croissants, juices, yoghurts, etc. and good espresso). Volterra is at about 8-10 km from the hotel ( the hotel is located in a nearby village called Saline di Volterra). The hotel is a former mill, very interesting place, tastefully done. All in all beautiful place, I recommend it and hope to stay there again.
