An exceptional place to stay in Rome! Carla was a very caring hostess, the room was beautiful and very safe. The balcony was nice to enjoy breakfast on! Communication was easy and wonderful! Tastefully decorated, and felt right at home. Walking distance to the Colosseum and easy to navigate the city from this charming guest house!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic hotel in Rome, there are not enough words to describe it. Firstly, the location is absolutely unbeatable. Situated in the heart of the city, it allowed us to explore Rome's greatest attractions with incredible ease. 5 minutes walk from Metro station, near the Colosseum, in the beautiful Monti neighborhood, surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets and shops. Cleanliness is the flag of this hotel, and exceeded all expectations. It's undoubtedly the most pristine place I've encountered in Rome – the attention to cleanliness and hygiene is truly commendable. The rooms were a delightful surprise – spacious, quiet, and incredibly comfortable. After a day of exploring, it was the perfect retreat. The thoughtful design and attention to detail truly enhanced our overall experience. What truly set this hotel apart, was the exceptional host. From the moment we arrived, she was always available, supportive, and kind. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. In summary, if you're searching for hotel with an unbeatable location, spotless cleanliness, comfortable rooms, and a host who makes you feel at home, this is the place for you. Highly recommended! Will definitely come again!

The door to the hall was not well insulated and you could hear the phone, and check in conversations in the hallways in the mornings. Not serious but a door upgrade would move it to a 10/10.

I highly recommend this property. Not only is it a fantastic location, it’s clean, it’s secure, it’s modern and offers all you require. What makes it even more special is it is run by a fabulous woman (Carla) and her attention to your comfort and detail is superior. Loved our stay here. 5 stars !

Firstly Carla was fantastic! Her communication around check in was excellent as were the croissants she provided in the morning! She was a really lovely kind person who made the whole experience such a positive one. Secondly the room was amazing! So luxurious! Spotlessly clean and perfectly located. 3 min walk from the Colleseum! Highly recommended!

Only negative was the garbage container storage area being in the entry hall, with some odor, but that is probably unavoidable.

This is an incredible property and the hosts were helpful and gracious. The room was spacious and luxurious, with the balcony over the street a big bonus, as was the coffee and croissant in the morning. The location is perfect -- you walk down the street a bit, turn a corner and then there's the Coliseum at the end of that street. A much better value than near Trevi Fountain. Highly recommended.

The property was newly renovated with modern furnishings in a centrally located area of Rome. Very easy to walk to all of the main attractions.

Great location. Could walk to many sites and hop on hop off bus is close. Many, many restaurants and Apertif bars near. On a Main Street but very quiet. Cute little community kitchen. Clara had fresh croissants every morning, cappuccino and espresso. Felt very safe. Terrace is great. We were given a bottle of Prosecco when we checked in. Has a lift.

We loved our balcony. Sat out there each night with a glass of wine after a long day. Since it was our anniversary they did give us a complimentary bottle of wine. Which was thoughtful. Bathroom was also very spacious and clean. Great location. La Base across the road is so good we ate there twice

The shower drain was a little slow. AC condenser blew on you while on the balcony.
