This was a beautiful stay for my partner and I. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted as we approached the premises by Aurelio, A really charming young man, of course we chatted about football for a short while. He showed us through the property and the protocol for our stay. The room was very clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom was great too. The next morning at breakfast, we met Aurelio’s mother Francesca, and you can see where he gets his manners and warm demeanour from. The breakfast was beautiful, and thoughtful. Including some Sicilian food that is not so common for tourists to find. Francesca made sure we had enough caffeine in the mornings with a minimum of 2 cappuccinos, which is needed for us! The rest of the property is simply beautiful, the pool, the lounge areas surrounding brilliant. My partner and I also spent hours relaxing and reading in the private hammocks. The gated access was also great for us who brought a car. On top of that, Francesca provided us with a car parking pass to use throughout our stay that allowed us to park just about anywhere in Terrasini. We could not recommend this place any more, 10/10. Thank you so much Francesca, Aurelio and the rest of the family!

Such a little gem, the whole place was comfortable and very well kept. I loved the private terrace adjoining my room over looking the peaceful garden and pool area, which is set behind secure gates. 10 min taxi ride from airport, 10 min walk into town with lots of nice restaurants, some little shops and pretty church square which is buzzy at night. Just beyond this the marina with sandy beaches and little beach bars. Francesca is such an amazing host who really cares about giving her guests the best experience, very responsive on WhatsApp and helpful with finding activities, giving restaurant recommendations, info on the bus to Palermo (bus stop short walk away) and help with booking a taxi. She found me a horse riding lesson at a local farm in Cinsi which was such a special day. Top quality pastries plus more and coffee at breakfast time.

Great B&B! Francesa was very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. I loved the pool and it was quiet at the accommodation with only a 15 walk into the town. I loved the town as well after traveling to a few places in Sicily- it had a great mix of locals with nice beaches and activities nearby.

Town and beach 15/ 20 min walk. Best to consider renting a car or scooter. No business from Terrasini( only to Palermo). No taxi ( although Francesca can organise you one)

Beautiful boutique (accommodation) set in tranquil olive garden with mountain backdrop. With the swimming pool and hammocks between olive trees. Nicely decorated rooms and communal areas. Clean, with few sicilian touches. Nice breakfast each morning. With slight variations. Francesca very attentive to guests needs. I definitely recommend this beautiful place and would love to return one day.

Lovely, enthusiastic host, who really made us feel welcome - as did her son, who was also working there. It’s a great pool area! And the rooms were spotless and beds comfortable. We had to leave at 3am for a 6am flight and Francesca left us all a takeaway breakfast bag of food and drinks.

Perfect to stay a few days when arriving or before leaving for a flight from Palermo. Good place to stay when visiting Trapani , Palermo and Syracuse. Hostess very friendly and speaks many languages. Re command it highly.

We had a lovely stay at Inkantu. Francesca was so lovely and warm that we felt at home. We enjoyed the pool and the peaceful surroundings, exactly what we were looking for with 2 kids. We would certainly stay again. It's around 15 mins walk to nearest town, supermarket literally outside, about 30 mins drive to Palermo and Mondello beach, which is lovely. The zoo is close by which the kids loved.

We had a lovely room with excellent beds. Pool with mountains views. Personal and warm contact with the staff. We recommend it! The B&B is also the perfect place to stay before or after a flight, just 10 min away from the airport.

If you don’t have a rental car, the taxi is pretty pricy from the airport which adds to the room price.

Absolutely loved the terrain. The pool is gorgeous and the rooms are very clean!

Don’t be put off by the approach. Once you’re through the electronic gate, the hotel is clean, neat and modern.

Lovely friendly hotel, greeted by the owner, Francesca, very helpful and friendly. Clean neat rooms with all we needed. Mini bar in room. Pool free at all hours. Pizza takeaway 2 minutes away, and Francesca said to help ourselves to plates, cutlery etc, so we had pizza by the pool on our last evening. A very welcoming place

The room and the bathroom were big and clean with all you can need. The garden and the pool are beautiful and clean. Breakfast was good, with different options and changes everyday. The location is also good, close to Palermo and Selinunte. The town where it is placed, Terracini, has some good restaurants and a small cute beach. Moreover Francesca is the best host :). She is really nice, she cares about your stay and give you good recomendations about what to see or where to go.

The darling b&b is settled in a great town with tons of enjoyment and great food. The room itself was incredibly clean and comfortable. Francesca is an angel and went above and beyond to make our stay as relaxing as possible. Love her and the space. We hope to see you again.

Very very helpful during our time of need (we missed our flight and needed a last minute place to stay!) Francesca kept breakfast aside for us one day when we slept in after all the troubles and sign posted us to nice things to do in the local town. It was a really lovely stay

For the price I could not say anything was wrong.

Francesca, the host was excellent. She went out her way to make us feel welcome. Very friendly and always giving us tips on local events, restaurants, etc. We were arriving early in the morning and although the official entry time was 14:00, she had our room ready about 9:30 and sent us a message to let us know. She booked a taxi for us on departure and generally looked after us during our stay. Would definitely recommend and hope to go back some day.

Cozy apartments near Terrasini. With everything you need. Tasty breakfast, local delicacies, fresh pastries and fruits. Francesca was always here to help, every day she recommended us where to go. Apartment was only few minutes by walk to Terrasini main square, 15 minutes by car to the airport and 30 minutes to the Palermo. You can park your car at Terrasini for free with parking card, which Francesca give to you. We can fully recommend to stay here!

The pool is lovely. Olive trees are beautiful. Being in a more rural area out of the busy city. The bathrooms are nice and spacious.
