A little fridge in the room would be helpful but that’s just a small detail.

Breathtaking location. The hotel is surrounded by the mountains and a small lake. Even though it is close to road, we didn’t hear the cars from our room. The personal of the hotel was super friendly and nice with quick responses and helping. The room with a balcony was clean with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. We travelled with our mountain bikes, so we appreciated the ski/bike room to store them. The kitchen was also great, try their pizza at least once. :)

Spa facilities after 8 hours of motorbike. Small but nice for a reasonable fee. You get yakuzi, Turkish bath , sauna , small swimming pool and relax area. The staff was great and the restaurant was also good ! I chose not to drive during night but Livigno is fee minutes by car, and if you are up for hiking there are plenty of routes just nearby. Wonderful location

The staff has been very very friendly and everyone at the hotel did the extra mile. The breakfast is huge with a lot of variety of different local foods. The view outsides the hotel is amazing also.

We stayed in hotel for 1 night with the family and friends, when we arrived we were warmly welcomed with glass of prosecco, what was very nice, but all our expectations were exceeed by breakfast. First of all we were guided by one of the waiters, who showed us plenty of all kind of delicatesses - various type of juices, home made lemonade, teas, coffee, dried fruit, muesli, honey even in the honeycomb, diferrent types of cheese, salami etc. etc. If you come, you would never want to leave and instead of skiing you would rather prefer to taste some more of delicious food accomplished with a very good service served by the hotel staff.

Amazing hotel very cozy, the air is amazing because the hotel is above 2050m There was variety of food and the breakfast was very delicious with shef cooking in front of us. The staff was always there for us. Zero disadvantages!

The hotel is really far away from Livigno, without a car it would have been impossible to reach it. When we arrived, we decided to go in the sauna and it was closed so we needed to call the staff to ask to open it. Anyway the people have been so nice to tell us that we wouldn't have paid for the entrance; the entrance is 20 euro with the possibility to have a bathrobe and a pair of flip-flops. Anyhow, the swimmingpool in the rocks is really nice but for the smallness of it and the fact you can stay just for 2 hours; I found it a bit expensive.

The breakfast was amazing, really rich and full with many many different products. The staff was rally friendly and always ready to help. When we left the hotel they helped us with some important informations about the road-trip. The room was very clean even if there was not so much space.

It's not a 5 star shiny hotel, but well working comfortable place with good spa and easy access.

The service is excellent, all requests were met. Breakfast is good, specially the taste and quality. You do get your italian cappucino without extra cost etc. Also late checkout was not a problem or a cost. SPA is very nice with sauna, jaquzzi and very special pool inside the rock. The location is by the road to Livigno, you do need a car to get there. 10-15 min drive to ski lift. If you are not looking for expensive buzz at Livigno main street then look no further and stay there. Highly recommended.

We rented three rooms for six people for a ski vacation. We had to loosen our belts on notch from all of the excellent meals ( breakfast and dinner) served by very hospitable staff. Fine location. Plenty of hot water.

It can take 1-2 days for acclimatisation on almost 2,3km high, but that is personal. Breakfasts were "continental", not in italian-taste, but anyway: coffee was excellent and cooked by orders omelettes were good.

Rare case, when everything was excellent, so longer than usual comment will be left: 1. Hotel is located on almost 2,3km high level between mountains, behind Trepalle driving from Livigno - about 15min by car (car has to have winter tyres or chains for application in case of much of snow, what happens in January often). For special condition training. 2. Rooms are good, with all necessaries, but not big ones. All facilities are fresh, looks new, very clear and have cleaned carefully. 3. Perfect receptionist and restaurant staff care about you 24/7. Special thanks for Barbara! Guys, you all were very polite and carefull. 4. Impressive SPA underground: a) Turkish bath with aroma therapy - perfect temp! b) Sauna - great! Temp: +85, humidity: 55%. You can splash the water over the oven; c) The pool in grotto in the rock - ideal temperature of water after sauna! d) Very nice room with relaxing chairs with raspberries tea and apples for visitors; e) Jacuzzi with good water temp up to 4-5 persons/time and water massage. 5. Quite big room for skis and stuff. 6. Excellent, real Italian-taste and delicacy dinner up to order (20EUR/person, 10/kid). Very, very tasty! If not a sporty reason to leave in hotel and target to drop some kilos, dinner would be ordered every evening, as used even evening SPA! Finally: you have to go there by car to get all-around Livigno advantages, and you will get 5-star level care for reasonable money!
