Spacious Rooms: Our room was surprisingly spacious, which was great for our family. We had enough room for our luggage and for our son to move around comfortably. Excellent Staff: The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They were always available to answer our questions and offer recommendations for sightseeing or restaurants. Great Amenities: We enjoyed the rooftop bar with its stunning views of the city, especially during sunset. The complimentary drinks offered were a nice touch. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options to satisfy everyone's taste. Good Location: While not right in the city center, the location was convenient. It was a short walk from the metro station, making it easy to get around the city. There were also several good restaurants nearby.

It was quite noisy at night time due to people on the street outside. Totally outside of the hotels control but might be something to note if bringing children on a trip.

The staff on the front desk were so helpful, place was safe and rooms were spotless. The mini fridge was filled up every day and everything inside was free of charge. The hotel is right across from central station which is amazing for a day trip to Lake Como. We will certainly be back.

The street noise was not muffled much, and the bathroom was very tiny, but it still was all fine.

Staff were excellent. Service levels were the best I have experienced in my multi city Italian stay. Breakfast spread is very good complete with a juicing machine. Steps away from the Central Station. Love that the hotel provided unlimited bottles of water.
