How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The entrance to the lobby does not have a ramp to roll luggage in, instead it have stairs which is very hard especially for seniors to bring baggage over.
Close to central train station, restaurants & 4 subway stops to central Milan main shopping center.

Nothing to dislike during our stay
Hotel was great! Staff were very welcoming & polite, always on hand to help with anything you need. The room was clean & very comfortable. The breakfast was superb with lots to choose from & also very good coffee which was a bonus! We also got given tokens on arrival for use during our stay which included discount in the hotel restaurant & one for a free Prosecco/Cocktail or Coffee at the rooftop bar which we were glad to receive. The hotel is also only a 5 minute walk from the central station which made getting around easy. Overall wonderful would definitely recommend!

Can't fault anything with my stay. Only comment would perhaps the location is great for the central train station but if you are looking to spend time close to the main attractions it is not central.
Location close to the central train station, nice and clean hotel, good bed, very helpful staff, nice bar. Would be happy to stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location couldn't be better, with the central station right across the street, making it convenient to go anywhere. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, even helping us make a last-minute dinner reservation. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent, offering a wide variety of options to suit everyone's taste. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely return in the future.

Everything was great!
Very close to Milano Centrale, perfect for overnight stays! Breakfast was also really nice and the reception staff was super friendly and helpful

Great location, the 4 stars are actually real. Very clean, everything that you need at your fingertips. The staff was great, helped with all the questions I've had. Great value for money.

The hotel is lovely and modern. Everything was very clean. It’s just across the road from the main train station which was perfect as we arrived and departed from there. Staff were fabulous.

The bar on the roof... We received the coupons for 4 drinks, because I took 2 rooms for my family. The bar staff wasn't happy to see me asking for additional couple of FOC drinks. So, they just took the coupons and didn't bring nothing. We just left after 15 wait.
Very clean, superb comfortable beds. Exceptional breakfast. This is our second time in this hotel.

Great hotel!! Great location for all methods of transport, lovely helpful staff and room was perfect! Mini fridge filled each day was a bonus and a lovely rooftop bar also!!

Since it was so central, you could hear a tiny bit off traffic but it was very minimal. At night it was mainly calm.
Location was great and very central, the staff was very nice, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast had wide variety.

The only criticism we had was that the room was very warm and we couldn’t seem to control the heating. Also, the flush kept running after it was pulled and some of the fixtures/taps seemed a bit loose. However, we weren’t buying the place! Just staying for a few nights so this certainly wasn’t much of an issue.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. We were made to feel comfortable and relaxed. We were treated to a glass of Prosecco and aperitif which in the lovely bar. We also spent time in the spa. The room was peaceful and the bed very comfortable, we had a complimentary minibar. Breakfast was good, I particularly liked the juicer and bowl of fresh fruit and veg to juice. Once the staff showed me how to use it I had fresh juice each morning - a real treat!
