We were delighted with the room and facilities. It is exactly as described. Our host was very accommodating and responsive. It felt like a little home away from home. We stayed for 4 nights after travelling for three weeks. It was great to have a well equipped kitchen to cook a simple meal as we get tired of eating out all the time. Laundry was very handy as well. So glad that we picked it. It's quiet yet a very easy walk to food options and the beach. Our host recommended a paid parking spot which was the closest possible to the apartment- 7 min walk with luggage. We used this parking for the first night but then were able to find free parking in the other streets nearby for our remaining nights.

Nothing, it was all amazing! Monopoli is a magical place. I hope it doesn’t get ruined by too many tourists.

The location was the best in Monopoli, the beds were super comfy, the washer and dryer were so nice to have on hand. The maid was fantastic and attentive. The host was amazing. Answered all questions immediately and went above and beyond to help us with luggage, etc. The maid found one of our AirPods and the host immediately notified us and mailed it back to the US for us! Can’t say enough good things about Iris apartments.

Location was perfect as beach and restaurants were close by. Very clean room with modern interiors. We stayed for 6 nights and Francesco was always prompt to answer our queries. We were very happy with all the facilities provided for a long stay.

The new apartment is located in very close proximity to both the beach and the piazza, with access to yummy restaurants and cafes. It’s very comfortable and we felt secure. It has all the mod-conveniences including a great coffee machine for those early mornings! When inside, the unit was modern and then when you step out, you enjoy the characteristic charm of a Monopoli.

I loved everything about this property, we have been traveling Italy for one month staying in 5 star accommodation and I made this booking via booking.com I can honestly say that this was as equally beautiful as the five stars we had stayed at. It was an excellent location, the property was completely renovated brand new inside however it maintained its beauty of heritage. The owners were very helpful however also very respectful of privacy. The property had absolutely everything we required. Just beautiful and quiet inside. Thank you for our 8 days in your beautiful place. We most definitely will be back

We spent ten days in the Iris Apartments from Tues 26th of September to Friday 7th of October. We had a wonderful time in the apartments. It is ideally placed, in the very best location possible in Monopoli. It is renovated to the very highest standards. Everything about the apartment is top class. It is extremely comfortable, lovely TV, bed, cooking appliances, air conditioning and shower. Yet the success of our holiday was helped hugely by the wonderful, hardworking, kind, sensible and helpful couple who are managing the property, namely Francesco and Virginia. They are always available to assist, help and explain everything. They are unbelievably supportive yet they are discreet too and will never intervene unless asked to and they always remain in the background to assist if asked, yet they always respect privacy too. Iris Apartments are to be recommended because they offer the advantages of being apartments yet they have the advantage also of having these two wonderful managers, who are better than any hotel “desk” or staff could possibly be. The standard of cleaning in the apartment is exemplary. There is a great feeling of security also with high quality security locks in the apartment, bright lighting inside and outside and CCTV cameras in the correct places. The sun-lounge area on the roof is very relaxing and convenient. We cannot praise Francesco or Virginia highly enough. On the day of our departure our taxi left us down and the two of them dropped us up to the railway station to get us to the airport on time. Another day we texted them for information from a neighbouring town and they offered to come and rescue us …… but in the end it wasn’t necessary because we managed to catch the correct bus home ( but their generous and sincere offer was really appreciated by us ) . We will definitely return to Iris Apartments and we will unhesitatingly recommend it to our family and friends.

We loved everything.

This was the perfect apartment - it was quite large and extremely well located in the old city walls. Very quiet inside and BRAND NEW. Its such good value for money and the host couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful. We were really surprised by how good it was. All the amenities were top quality and the hair dryer was actually a really good one. The iron was huge and didn’t leave black marks on my white clothes like so many other places we’ve stayed. The towels were huge and fluffy and bed was really large. They cleaned the place perfectly.

For your advertertisement, I would recommend that you indicate that this is not for three adults. The deluxe unit would work for a couple and a child, but not for three adults. This is not a complaint for us. But, your advertisement could lead others to think that three adults stay in this room. It's ideal for two adults.
