The location is priceless. The property was just as looked in the pictures. The only thing is there is no window curtain in the bathroom, we put a towel instead. There is a coffee machine, but no coffee capsules, so what the point. Communication with the host was excellent. I will definitely recommend this place

Very good location, clean and nice place. Kids enjoy Netflix. 😀 Small kitchen will all you need. Clean and soft bedding 😉 we enjoyed the stay.

I have to say that the sofa bed was not very comfortable and the light from one of the window in that room was not nice (there was no night curtain). My kid woke up pretty early because that.

The location was great. Perfect for visiting the main attractions. The apartment is really nice and modern.

Communication with the host was excellent. The room was just as it looked in the pictures. Everything was clean and comfortable. There was one bedroom with a bed that my husband and I used. There was a sleeper sofa in the main room that our boys used. They already had this set up upon our arrival so we did not need to do anything. It was nice having a refrigerator. We were able to cool our water bottles for the next day. The air conditioner worked which was very nice as it was hot and humid at the beginning of July. I did not notice any street noise. I am a light sleeper and had no issues staying in this room. It was on an upper floor, which did not bother us at all. We expected to do lots of walking and climbing in Rome. I prefer to not be on ground level, so I liked it and did not mind the steps. I would stay here again.

I did not like the sofa bed as it is extremely uncomfortable. I also did not like that there is no lift and the flat is on the 3rd floor. It was a mission bringing the luggage in and out of the flat.

Overall our family had a lovely stay. The apartment is located in a quiet area, with lots of good places to eat around. The kitchen is small but efficient. My only observation is that it lacks some kitchen supplies, such as wine glasses and breakfast bowls. Salt and oil would also be welcomed. The bathroom is great, huge in size. Well equipped with a decent hair dryer (bonus points). The flat is on the top floor and the building has no lifts, but who cares, we are in Rome!! Easy and smooth check / check out. I would definitely stay again!

The material in the kitchen was present. Nothing was missing. But we would have appreciated some oil and salt (not possible post COVID maybe?)

Great place at a walking distance from all the sites that are worth to be visited in Rome. No need to take the bus! Comfortable, clean and modern. Not one but two TVs with netflix and Disney for the kids to watch series in the evening when not going out in Trastevere. We appreciated the gift at our arrival (prosecco)

Difficult communication with the host, but it was not a major problem. A major isssue was the unflexible check-in/out hours very important when having a very early or afternoon flight and travelling with kids. They imposed the 15.00 and 10,00 very specifically, but hey! it is their right.

A new apartment, very very clean that had everything necessary. the heating system worked fine, beds confortable and is definitively a good choice when travelling with kids.

The boiler in the bathroom made some really weird and loud noises every time we used the sinks/shower or toilet. The neighbour was quite loud or actually you could hear them through the walls so that was a bit annoying during a couple of the nights

The place was very nice, new and really well kept. Liked the door system and all the appliances in the kitchen.

no elevator, which can be painful to go up a set of stairs with heavy luggages, parking spaces are very tight and distance from the hotel. No curtain in the bathroom which made us very uncomfortable during our stay, neighbours could see us using the bathroom.

Stairs, it wasn’t clear it’s a 3or 4 floor without elevator

It’s a fair value for the price, great if you plan on being all day out and around because of it’s great location, but for someone with small kids or that needs to spend some more time in it’s not a good choice. Also notice has a lot of stairs.
