We had two rooms, especially the other one was a bit too hot and we were not able to set the temperature.

We enjoyed our stay a lot! A breakfast was great and there was a large selection of food. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was good. The rooms were spacious. The view from the breakfast was very nice (St Peter's Basilica etc) - and from the roof terrace, too, of course, One of the rooms was available already before noon which was great due to our morning flight to Rome.

The sign out front was so small and unlit that we almost couldn't find the hotel. We drove past several times and even walked by twice before we found the lobby.

The rooftop bar and happy hour were fantastic, as were the breakfasts in the same location.

AC in the room had the heating option not available/working.

The whole experience was a positive one. Staff where polite and helpful, very clean and nice room. My partner had her bday on the day we checked out and was given a box of chocolates, a gesture which was appreciated. Good location too, restaurants around and close to amenities. Overall very satisfied with the overall experience

The housekeeping stuff starting their shift early in the morning and talking loud, making a lot of noise in the hallways.

Breakfast was excellent so were the people working there, very friendly. Location was great, close to a lot of places of tourists attractions.

I liked everything the staff bent over backwards to help us right away. They got us taxis. They got us transportation back to the airport at a very reasonable price because we were leaving so early on Sunday morning they packed our breakfast to go. They couldn’t do enough for us. There were 10 of us. We were party of 10. Choose this hotel you won’t be disappointed all 10 of us rated it a 10.

Hotel Esa is a small boutique hotel. It was beautiful the room was great. The location was awesome and the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend it.

Limited food/beverage options; would have liked a snack bar/bar/coffee shop open during afternoon evening hours. Restaurant had limited options for those with food allergies.

Amenities excellent-offered amazing spa options; location near airport was great, yet you feel as though you are in the countryside. Breakfast buffet was amazing.

Breakfast on the rooftop was excellent. Front desk was extremely helpful and so grateful he could speak English. The hotel booked our transportation from the airport to the hotel & from the hotel to the cruise port and both went so smooth! Greatly appreciated being able to check in early after flying all night. Thank you

We always stay here when in Rome. This boutique hotel with its roof top terrace is an incredible way to start your day as well as fabulous haven to relax at the end of a hectic day The staff in the hotel are the most helpful dedicated people one can find. Case in point, we left some of my wife’s jewelry in the room and left on to our next destination. Arriving there we realized our error, contacting the hotel they went out of their way to find the lost items. Having found them in the room they reached out to us with the news. Shortly after arriving home my wife was overjoyed to be reunited with her jewelry We have recommended this hotel for years and will keep doing so.

The bed was very hard and we did not get good sleep while we were there. The shower area needs some kind of shower curtain. It was impossible to shower without getting water everywhere.

We loved the location- close to sights and great restaurants. The staff was very accommodating and helpful with recommendations of restaurants and transporation.

Actualy, i think the cleaning of the room could be improved. Most likely it was a local problem.

I have liked the kindness and competence of the staff. They have made available a desktop for me to solve security issues related to my mobile. They answered my requests With sympathy.

Our room has been a bit dark.

Staff is very friendly. Hotel is very good located for Sightseeing but rooms are quiet. Beds and breakfast are very good. Nice rooftop terrace with nice view to see St. Peters' Cathedral.

If you’re on the 5th floor, sometimes a little noise travelled down from the terrace bar.

Great location, really friendly and helpful staff and great views from rooftop terrace. Quaint old school Otis lift in the main staircase.
