It was very spacious, I had my personal bathroom and a cute balcony. The common area for breakfast is very functional and adorable too, you can make coffee or tea, whatever you’d like. The chairs are comfortable, the desk is useful. There is everything you need

A little outside the tourist area. Pipes are a little old and sometimes you feel a strange smell of the water.

The wifi didn't work most part of the time of my stay. If you are going to travel by public transport, time for buses on this area is unpredictable.

The kitchen was useful to store some food. The toilet and bed were ok.

The room was very clean, cozy atmosphere, you have kitchen where it is possible to take water, coffe ect whenever you need. Isabel was easy to catch on! Would reccomend!

Soundproofing is in the description but on our last night the new people staying next to us kept us up all night. This isn't really a criticism of the stay but it did make our stay less enjoyable. In our room, the bed is very low to the ground and the frame creaks alot when you move on it.

The room is spacious and the common areas offer a lot of creature comforts and amenities. We enjoyed the ensuite balcony and easy access.

I didn’t mind it, it was quite funny really, but the toilet flush has a mind of its own!

Fantastic apartment, bigger than it looks on pictures. Lovely little balcony. Location is great being in locals style Rome outskirts, and Tiburtina station is 20 mins walk away (4 mins bus from the door) from which all of Italy is your oyster aswell as the Rome metro. Checking in arrangements very simple and kind host Isabel.

-The apartment is a bit far out of the city center - it gets a bit noisy during the night due to the busier street where the apartment is located

-Clean apartment - good value for the money -fast and easy communication with the landlord

Everything was great, but maybe keep in mind if you're staying over the weekend the bars downstairs can get pretty rowdy.

The only downside was that we had to share the kitchen which is not a problem but the other guests took the whole fridge for themselves so we could not store anything there, so is maybe is too small or guest should be adviced to keep in mind they have to share . A minor thing was that after flushing water the toilet sometimes made a really weird sound.

Nice room, we stayed 5 nights. super comfortable room with AC during the summer and really clean. Restaurants just outside the door and a nice mall and supermarkets two blocks away. You can reach easily by bus and train to the place. Buses are not that punctual but that is not the owner fault of course.

I liked everything about the property such as cleanness, comfortable beds, big rooms, kitchen has everything (clean water, fridge, oven, coffee machines, cattle, dishes, cups, and all other kitchen tools), clean toilet and bathroom, staff dealing, location, lift, and others.

On Friday night, we had a lot of difficulties to fall asleep since there was a karaoke night just outside (the walls are thin and we could here everything). The temperature of the water was cold (no hot water).

Confortable room and good private bathroom. There is also a shared kitchen with the other tenants. The host, Isabel, is very responsive and helpful through What’sapp. There is also good Wifi. It’s not in the center of Rome but it was very accessible by public transport.
