The center of Iseo is a 10-15min walk! Not the most modern hotel, but clean and had all the necessary amenities and a rudimental balcony.

Good breakfast and 3-course dinner was very good, which made half board worth it. Access to a private part of the lake was really close 2-5min by foot. The hotel rooms were really clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Free parking is right in front of the hotel!

The balcony! It is a disgrace. The planks are wet and soaked in water all day, there is moss growing on them and some of them are rotten - the screws stick up through them, so you must watch where you step. The pigeons sit on the beams and shit directly down on the balcony, and their droppings are not being removed by the cleaning staff. They just pour a couple of buckets with water over the floor of the balcony - so the planks once again become wet and moist. When we book a room with balcony it is because we like to sit out in the open and enjoy the surroundings, but here this a somewhat mixed pleasure. First we had to remove the droppings from the pigeons, and the balcony in itself was not very inviting. Have you actually seen the balcony to room 207 recently? You should put up little spikes on the beams (as they have done in the opposite private department), so the pigeons cannot sit there, and you ought to change and renew the whole balcony. It is a pity when everything else about the hotel is so nice including the room and the bathroom.

Lovely hotel, smart, modern and comfortable interiors. The staff is very friendly and accommodating in every part of the hotel. The restaurant is good with very delicious food and nice waiters. The surroundings are fine with nature and beautiful views, and it is very good with direct access to the area at the beach.

Breakfast was excellent, extensive ,fresh, buffet. Staff friendly and very helpful. Location on the lake quite, pool enormous and perfect. Being able to use the private beach on the lake a bonus.

The service and breakfast was excellent. It was in a great location . You could either swim in the lake which was a five minute walk away or in one of the 3 swimming pools. OVery friendly reception staff and the rooms delightful with air conditioning which considering the heat of this summer 2023 was essential.

minor housekeeping niggles. no shuttle bus to central Iseo. Was also no public bus, and no ferry stop at hotel. long return walk for guests who did not have a car.

A very well maintained hotel, inside. Lovely very good size rooms, beds very good standard. Great breakfast included. Helpful staff. About a 25 min walk from town/ they do have bikes/ hotel bus. Hotel worth the distance because of everything mentioned.

Breakfast items ran out and were not replenished for at least 2 mornings of our stay even when there was at least 90 mins left on service. Staff looked like they had been in reduced number and were always v rushed
