Unfortunately our room was very hot even though it was winter. There was no way to turn the heating down!

Slight communication issues with English language, room was not quite modern. Tiny TV.

Location, bathroom, helpful staff. No noise from the streets with windows closed. Room had enough space for one person.

We had an issue booking in as our room wasn't available due to a late check-out. this was resolved with an up-grade

We had a nice room and were offered good Expreso coffee at breakfast. The hotel agreed to store most of our luggage for a few days, when we would return for a further stay.

We were put in a room with a view on the wall of another building, although it was classic, but for the comfort of the guests, there should be at least some kind of view. Also on the ground floor there is a restaurant, which closed at about 11 pm and from there came noise and roar, which is heard through the closed window

Breakfast room was too busy, not enough tables! Rooms were clean, but some really small, you had to move beds to open the closet.

Location is great, close to railway, waterfront and City Center. Rooms ok.

The location is great, close to everything. The staff is super nice and helpful. The breakfast could be more diverse and with more fresh fruits. There is a public parking space very close to the Hotel(not free).

The attitude of the staff wasn't great. We wanted to book a sailing trip based on the laminated sheet left in our room and the reception staff refused, whilst the staff in the breakfast area were quite rude about pushing past.

The room was lovely - though form rather dominated over function, not everything made sense functionally! - and the location was very good.

The shower cubicle was tiny. Not good if you were a little on the larger side.

The location was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was fairly basic but very clean. The bathroom was compact. Breakfast was basic, but ok. We would stay here again as it’s very good value for money.

Perfect location in the city centre, very close to the port and train station with perfect connection to the airport. Ideal place for short visit of Cagliari. Possibility to leave the luggage at the reception at the reception after check out until departure.

Breakfast was decent but relatively basic, apart from cakes, which were excellent, but I would prefer to have more health friendly options ;)

Not cheap, but still reasonable comparing to other options in Cagliari. With simply amazing localisation, great room and very helpful staff who helped to order taxi for airport and even packed some snacks to go since we were leaving before the breakfast on the last day, I believe it’s a great option to choose

Room was better than we expected from photos. Everything looked new, clean, very comfortable and large bed. Building was over the street - opposite to main reception. Breakfast was ok. Good location close to train station. Late arrival was not a problem.

The lift is a bit small and slow for a hotel like this. The use of keys instead of cards which nowadays are being used in most of the hotels.

Perfect location - near the bus and train stations, bars, restaurants and city centre. Room was very comfortable. The breakfast needs to be improved with more choices of hot food and bread. The staff is very nice and helpful as well.

Great hotel situated in very close proximity of the center and train station of Cagliari as well as close to nearby restaurants and osterias. The breakfast buffet was amazing and had a huge variety of items to choose from!
