Great location with easy access to Railway station, old town and museums and close to some very good restaurants. Bed was comfortable, room clean and staff were very nice. Very good breakfast.

The Wi-Fi, though free, was sometimes unstable. Route maps of the public transportation system could help visitors with limited skill in using smart phones, but having such maps available is clearly outside the control of the hotel.

The breakfast was very good and the location five minutes from the train station was excellent. It was only fifteen minutes' walk to the Egyptian Museum, my principal destination. It was affordable and a good value for the money.

Superb staff who went above and beyond to help us. They even lent us an adaptor to fit our phone. The room was well equipped and they even changed the sheets every night ( which we did not expect ). The breakfast was superb and above my expectations.

Tram noise during the night, but I am from the countryside so it was to be expected. The double glazed door and windows were effettive at keeping out the noise.

A greatly budget hotel in a convenient location, although internal fixtures and fittings are dated,this is the cleanest hotel stay ever. The house keeping team are superb. A lot of care and attention is taken.

For that price, everything was what I expected.

Very convenient hotel if you are traveling in Italy by train, close to Turin station to sleep one night and go somewhere further the next day, either by train or to Turin airport. Breakfast is also available. And I was lucky, I had a hotel room with a balcony.

Shower room small with a shower curtain which wrapped around you when showering. I know that on the continent a bidet in a bathroom is a must but when the room is so small it is difficult to negotiate the toilet at night and so a bidet should be sacrificed in such a crowded room.

Odd layout of the rooms and aging of the property - both of which are mitigated by the size of the rooms and that it's clean. All that to say, no real issues unless you want a modern property.

Great location and breakfast. Downtown and easy to walk from train stationn (porta nuova). Breakfast had cereal, juice, coffee, tea, yogurts, various types of bread plus toppings (butter, jam, nutella), meat, and cheese, plus hard boiled eggs. So breakfast is very filling. Place is aging but it is clean and there is a lift to access upper floors. Nice hot water but pressure wasn't consistent during shower. Friendly staff. a little bar area downstairs to sit with a drink is nice.

A couple of staff members were standoffish and rude, young kids on first day and gentleman on night shift when we woke early. Wasn't a very friendly city in general though. Woman running breakfast room was terrifying, slamming and banging and raising eyebrows amongst a few guests each morning.

Spare and functional, room was clean and tidy if a little rough around the edges (doors looked like they had been clawed by a dog at some point). Cleaning staff always came in and provided fresh towels and neatened everything, beds were clean and radiators were hot so room was warm. Some staff were exceptionally lovely and friendly, went out of their way to help us.

The bathing cubicle is too small is the only complaint. If that is taken care, I would rate everything excellent.

Since we stayed for a long time the breakfast was repetitive almost everyday. Not much variety. Otherwise the breakfast was good. The service at the breakfast venue was excellent.
