They forgot to tell us about the weekly fire alarm test. We saw no notice on the reception desk either.

Staff on reception were extremely helpful and friendly. They upgraded us to a bigger suite on arrival. Staff who cleaned our rooms were excellent, the rooms were more thoroughly cleaned then a lot of hotels we have stayed at. The key lit a light outside indicating if we were in the room or out so we were never disturbed. Contemporary feel to rooms, lovely hot shower water, spacious rooms. Two minute walk to metro line 3 which took you straight to Duomo. Felt very safe coming back late. Aldi just 5mins away

Woked up two days in a Row very early. Because the fire alarm started working it was disturbing other than that was ok

We had a lot of dark long hair in our room and im blonde :) also it says its soundproof but it was very loud at night, we could hear everything from neighbours rooms.

Our room was upgraded for a better class room. It was very spacious and cool room. Bathroom was clean everything was very good! We liked it.

No coffee/tea station in the room. No near by nice restaurants and hotels menu was limited for lunch/supper.

Facility is really good. Rooms are clean and new. Has the classic Italian bidet the bathrooms. We were upgraded to a suite. Staffs are nice and friendly.

I asked for adapter so i can charge my phone as mine did not work with Italian electricity outlet and they did not provide one which lift me without a phone for the whole night. The iron place is further down in the building and the iron were the standard one. The rooms are not the most soundproofed.

The property location was good and very accessible to the metro and nearby supermarkets, restaurants, and shops.

Hotel room is a bit small for 3 pax and big luggage.

Locating the hotel was easy and not too far from the metro line. Check-in process was smooth. Hotel did allow a later check-out time which was helpful as lunch was slightly delayed. Lifts provided to all floors and spacious

I would not recommend to pay 15€/person for boring and not appetizing continental breakfast.

Not really a complain, but it all was too "manly" for my taste. The smell of the shampoo, the scences of the rooms, the whole "playful" industrial style. Just a few horse decorations away to fully be a Mojo Dojo Casa House. But as I said, just a matter of taste.

The breakfast was nice (they had pancakes, not that usual in Europe). The location was near a Metro station that directly takes you to the Central Station and makes all the city reachable in a matter of 20 mn. Like 15-20 min (walking-distance) there's a nice area with nice restaurants where you can seat outside. The personal both in the breakfast room and reception were very nice.

Location, staff and cleaning

Hotel was great don’t expect luxurious stay but very cool and stylish. Staff was very helpfull also special thanks to Roberto on reception. He struggled to find aroom for our extra night stay.

The room looked nice and the bed was comfy however there was a lot of wear and tear. The plug sockets were all lose. The light in the shower was out and the shower curtain wasn’t long enough so the bathroom floor got wet. The toilet roll holder was falling off the wall as well as the shelf in the bedroom. The walls are thin and unfortunately the people in the room next door seemed to slam about in the early hours waking me up both nights.

The location was close to the metro for easy access to the city centre. There were also some small bars close by and a supermarket. I had a single room and the bed was slightly bigger than a single bed. It was comfy with a tv at the end to watch before I fell asleep. There were complimentary shower gel, soap and shower cap. I stayed 2 nights and the room was cleaned while I was there with my towels changed.

The rooms are little big small

The parking is convenient on the street because the hotel is not in the city center and actually it’s not far from the city centre but you need car to get there. Good breakfast and helpful staff. One thing to consider is that you will hear the noise through the walls
