Breakfast not currently being served but lots of choices in the town centre. Really nice bakery on the walk to the beach - crème croissants etc.

Customer service was excellent, the room very clean and comfortable, the hotel is modern and well designed. It is on a quiet one way road a few minutes walk from bars etc. The beach is a pleasant 20mins walk.

This property and staff, especially Elena, made our trip to Sardinia so wonderful. The room and the hotel overall totally exceed our expectations. It felt like a 4 star hotel and not a 3 star ⭐️. The cleaning was always on spot. The place was new, we had a spacious shower without mold (which is so rare for Italian hotels), the design of the room was super cute, we had a huge balcony, the AC worked perfectly- really nothing to complain about! Moreover Elena, the receptionist/concierge, gave us amazing recommendations everyday- where to eat, to swim, what activities to do. Everything she recommended to us was awesome. Super happy we stayed there 5 nights. The hotel doesn’t have a parking, however there is a big parking nearby with the camera. Ah, and the hotel is located on the parallel street to the Main Street of the town where you can find a lot of entertainment like street artists (dancers, clowns, musicians), theatre, vendors, restaurants, shops. Villasimius is a very pretty place full of life in summer!

I liked it all.

Lovely hotel in great location. Elena at reception was amazing. Super friendly and always willing to help with recommendations on which beaches to go to and helping with transport and any other needs we had. Great sized room with balcony. Breakfast every morning of fresh fruit, pastries, cheese and bread. I would go here again.

Kind and attentive staff that go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Amazing breakfast - worth paying the extra for. Spacious, clean rooms with good amenities - room was cleaned every day and towels changed often. All in all a lovely option for a stay in Villasimius, would definitely stay again

There is a water boiler in the room, but there was no coffe or tee for that.

There is a fabulous breakfast at the nearby restaurant. The room has sea themed design the bathroom is spacious, clean. Comfortable mattress. Walking distance to the city center.

Our stay at Janas Hotel was perfect. The location is very good on a quiet side street. Our room on the roof was lovely, amazing views of the hills and best of all, extremely peaceful. The staff are wonderful, friendly and helpful. We rented bicycles for the duration of our stay and were happy to find that we could use the underground carpark to store them safely overnight.

A small and cozy hotel. The staff was very kind. The breakfast was very good (remember you are in Italy - check what an Italian breakfast mean before you set your expectations). It is very close to the restaurants and the city center.

There was really nothing we didn't like. The only thing is that the bathroom didn't have a small toothpaste and we had to buy our own, and the fridge could have had more water/refreshed the water after we consumed (the water was actualy free). Otherwise, it was excellent!

Great place! The room was clean and beautiful. The host was welcoming and warm, and the whole hotel looked just stunning. The host was extra nice and helpful, and she even offered homemade muffins when we left. We loved it and we will definitely be back!

Nothing really only the parking situation could have been better but since our booking was really spontaneous we didn’t manage to get a parking lot in the hotel‘s garage.

The breakfast could have a bit more options but in reality this is a very minor thing.

The hotel is very well positioned, very clean and the staff is extremely helpful and professional. I Really liked my stay at Janas Hotel. Very good value for money!
