6pm check in time with no leniency. There was a funny smell and the air conditioning air wasn’t good at all

Convenient for parking right outside the door of the apartment and free parking! Right off the motorway.

Room size are too small, no space for putting extra bed for child. Bathroom shower walls are transparent which is not advisable as per our culture. So, as a man, I had to step out when my daughter was taking a bath. Booking.com should not have suggested this property for a family.

The property is average location but service staff is good.

The only issue I have is the air con in the room which auto switched off when the weather gets a cooler but it does not switched it on back so because of this I had to wake up a few times in the night to turn on the air con which I don't get a good sleep

Is value for money and the staff are friendly and nice . Decent BF which is included in the room rate .

My suite was on the first floor above reception and the dining area, and as a result it did get noisy at times either late at night or early in the morning. No safe in room No ironing facilities in the hotel

Well-equipped hotel with friendly staff Ideal Location is ideal for Rome Ciampino airport - about 15 mins in a taxi. I was in Rome for the Ryder Cup so location was also convenient for Marco Simone golf club I read some reviews highlighting how far this hotel is from the centre of Rome. Firstly, it’s not that far - between €25 and €40 in a taxi. And secondly, shouldn’t be a surprise - the address is clearly stated and it only takes a quick google search to show distances. Didn’t impact my visit to the main tourist attractions at all. And price of the hotel was a lot more reasonable than central Rome during Ryder Cup. Coffee was delicious Reception manned 24 hours. Property gated at night. Decor was unique and something different. Jacuzzi in my suite looked great but I didn’t have time to use it Nice big windows in my room to let in natural light

Rooms were out-dated and the location was far from centre (50 mins to get there on public transport) and a very industrial area.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean.

Staff member was fantastic seemed like one guy doing it all , but he handled it well , hotel was best one in area I found location for us was good as it was near industrial area we needed to visit.

Not a good smell in the room. Breakfast quality must improved a lot. Check-in at 6pm is totally unreasonable: first time I see a so late check-in 25-years of travelling.

Room very spacious and comfortable, a bit cold. Staff was very friendly and active to help resolve. Modern furniture. Location in the outskirt of Rome, convenient to grab GRA. Breakfast was average. Bed was very comfy.

The checkin time is super late, I travel for 25 years now and this is the first time the check-in was closed at 5pm.

Front desk guy was kind.

They did not serve food so I walked to the local shopping centre for something to eat. The location is not great. It’s off a busy road in a location that you wouldn’t expect to find a hotel.

The hotel is close to Ciampino Airport, which is why I booked it. The room was clean and the staff were helpful. The parking was good.

On pictures of room you had hot tub facilities etc but they we’rent available when I was. Didn’t like the taxes added to my rome after would prefer to pay them.

The distance from Central Rome and the infrequency of public transport

checkin at 6pm is crazy was able to check in at 11am but for €75 additional room was a little strange, mirror above bed, glass shower full view to room — given you can rent the rooms on a day rate or by the hour got me thinking what other guests stay here? might just be my imagination!

Rooms were a decent size large shopping centre was just down road - food (restaurants level 3 & quick service stuff like maccas kfc level 2) fast wifi
