It is very well located, the staff is super friendly and they speak different languages; overall fulfills the expectation of what you are paying for.

Easy to arrive to the place, the staff was kind and explained things well. Location is one of the best things, is close to citi center and there is good transportation available. Rooms were clean and the bathroom was very good. Breakfast is worth the 8 €

more vegan options for breakfast they had soya milk for coffee but my only option was jam on bread/crackers and juice. I saw they had dairy yoghurt and dried fruit. so they could perhaps add a dairy free yogurt as well as a vg option? plus more fruit (seasonal or the classics apples n bananas) and granola

smooth check in/check out great location (supermarket, train station, metro station, cafes and Fontana /Pantheon nearby) friendly and helpful staff the courtyard to have a coffee and read a book after being on your feet all day.. or a drink and a chat with new ppl in the evenings.

We had rented the whole room and were supposed to get free towels. We still had to pay for the towels. The city tax is also quite high and there is no mention of it anywhere. Transfers to the airport via their email did not work and the reception was unwilling to deal with it. They kicked me out of the entire resort even with one beer (but I take into account that it is forbidden there), but it might bother someone.

The location is really great. Everything important is close. I also recommend the breakfast.

I had a great stay and kept booking more nights in this hostel. The location is perfect 10 minutes walking to the Spanish Steps and Fontana di Trevi. The staff is super, they went far and beyond to accommodate everybody and the customer service has a sense of warm hospitality. Thank you Letizia, Gabrielle and all staff. I will definitely return in this hostel!

When I wanted to store my bags for the day, all the storage lockers were taken so I had to go off property and pay a lot more to store my bags just for one hour. It would be nice if they had an “overflow” room for more storage considering how large the hostel/hotel is!

Nice location with a carrefour down the way, loads of restaurants all around, and close to some main attractions of Rome! The beds were comfy and had great privacy. The bathrooms were clean and spacious. All the staff were very friendly and helpful!!

The beds were quite uncomfortable, whenever the other person in your bunk moved the whole bed was shaking waking you up, top bunks don't have curtains, clientele is quite inconsiderate i.e. very loud at night, was hard to get some decent sleep

There was no protection from the light of the lamps on the upper beds. So if you have had a heavy flight and want to go to bed earlier, you can't, the light shines directly into your eyes

The pillows . Only 2 and they weren’t great Breakfast options and no English tea available The option to leave luggage when checking out. There was storage lockers available however they were all taken. We were told bay the receptionist that they should be used for people who arrive early or need to leave later but as there was shared dorms people stored luggage there and would have gone on trips. They knew it was an issue. They did provide us with luggage storage in the area
