There are so many things to love about staying at the Joas hotel! The view from the rooms is incredible, every room is guaranteed a balcony with a view, the rooms are so tastefully decorated and immaculately clean with every stay, the location in the heart of the Dolomites is perfect for hiking and sightseeing, the welcoming and friendly staff. But the absolute best part of our stay is always the exceptional breakfast they provide. The array of local products doesn't leave you wanting for anything and the staff are always accommodating for any extra wish you have. I cannot recommend a stay at this hotel enough!!

The WIFI wasn’t working at all in our room, only at the reception. The spa was tiny with basically only no bathing suit areas that made as feel really uncomfortable so we couldn’t even use it. It’s the first time we saw this rules in Italy, and honestly it wasn’t a great thing not to be able to use the spa.

We loved the location, the room was looking at beautiful horses and the mountains. The staff was always super helpful and friendly! Everything was very clean, we loved the style of the whole hotel. The breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from.

There is no AC so it may be uncomfortable in the hotter months.

We had a wonderful stay, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The furniture was new and clean. We were given a room with a balcony and an amazing view of the mountains and horses right in the backyard which was a wonderful surprise and a view we enjoyed waking up to everyday. Breakfast was great with a juicer, and fresh pastries daily. Plenty of free parking around the hotel and in the garage.

The family's owner are living on the ground floor with little kids so if you don't mind kids screaming on your quit romantic couple holiday, that's just the right place for you😊 If it was me I would make sure my kids screaming inside the house and not outside so the PAYING guest can hear but that's just me, a grumpy old man 😉

Everything, really fine luxury experience. Vegan breakfast, nice and helpful stuff, the location is breath taking, the facilities are new and modern. We had the corner room so the balcony was huge all around the room and we had a kitchen too, how cool is that?

Ultra modern, clean, relaxing setup. The staff were very friendly and attentive- providing great advice for activities and places to eat. There is an electric car charger in the underground garage that was pre-reserved for us and could be used free of charge. An excellent hotel!

The hotel was accomodating of all our special requests including binging pets and late checkout. They also arranged for a birthday cake for my wife. The spa facility was very nice and the staff always made sure we were comfortable. There is onsite parking including an option to charge electric cars.

Spa occasionally crowded and second bath towel was occasionally missed out of room.

Room was well laid out with nice decor and view. Spa facilities were great and the location for ski slope and lift access is excellent. Garage for parking car was also handy. Breakfast was good with a great breakfast room setting and the staff were helpful, kind and friendly. Welcome drink on arrival was also a nice touch.

An in-hotel restaurant could upvalue the hotel. The jobsite next to the hotel was a bit annoying. But that's not the hotel's owner's responsibility..
