I booked this hotel mainly for the shuttle offered to and from Sorrento. The shuttle worked at certain times but we had to climb up the hill from Sorrento since the shuttle never arrived, even after warning the reception staff that we would be using it at a specific hour. Staff at the hotel was deplorable, insufficient and with an evident lack of compromise with service.

Went to lady in reception to book transport to airport day before departure she said taxi 180e and bus 80e i said I will take the bus as taxi to expensive so it was agreed pick up 8.00am and she said to have cash of 80e on the morning of departure a man at reception said driver was here we went down to what we thought to be a bus to find a girl and young man waiting for us we assumed he was talking us to the bus but it was the girls private car as we neared airport he asked us to pay now and of course we only had 80e in cash we arrived at the airport and had to find a cash machine to pay 180e very bad experience felt absolutely taken advantage of won't be back

A bit far from center.

The location was a bit far, however there is a bus taking to the center Sorrento. The stuff is lovely and the hotel is really pretty.

We did not visit the hotel restaurant for dinner since menu didn't have many options. Also not a hotel problem, just recommendation - don't go by foot to Sorrento, since hotel is in the mountains and there are winding roads with overconfident drivers, and no pedestrian path. Use the shuttle. Sorrento town car parking is very limited, garages are available but cost 5eur/h. There are some free spots next to the Cimitero di Sorrento.

The hotel exceeded our expectations, staff was friendly, room was large and quiet, with a fantastic balcony with sea views. There is free parking available on site. The swimming pool was great with beautiful sea views and the owner allowed us to swim past closing time (8PM) which was a nice gesture. You can order drinks from restaurant and enjoy them at the pool (cocktails ~9eur). Sorrento is 30min away by foot or 7min by car. There is a Sorrento shuttle available, we didn't use it but we noticed it comes and goes very frequently and reception gave us a schedule for it, latest back to hotel was 10pm I think. The breakfast was good, scrambled eggs and bacon is available, also various cold cuts, cheese, breads and cakes. Good coffee and you can make your own pancakes using a machine. Tip: You can order lunch using Glovo app. Overall I can recommend this hotel, facilities are very good and the experience is very relaxing and enjoyable.

Fabulous hotel with a beautiful view of the sea and coast. The staff were friendly and very attentive. The shuttle bus service was excellent and even dropped us to the main area outside the usual run times. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very nice each morning and the food in the restaurant was a good standard. Wifi worked perfectly. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was OK but nothing more than that. The dinner is not recommendable, we tried it once and the pizza was worse than the frozen pizza we buy at home (most likely a frozen pizza) and the risotto with mushrooms that I tried had very little flavor to it and reminded me more of a rice pudding with canned mushrooms than anything else. So dinner only once and cannot be recommended.

The room and the view from the room were nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. There was also a nice shuttle bust that went into Sorrento a few times a day.

Location is up on the hill and requires a shuttle to get to and from the main area of Sorrento. We found our shuttle unreliable which impacted our experience

The Shuttle service is great for guests however when there is several guests staying with the limited times ran and amount of seats a lot of the time several trips were had to be made. Perhaps running the shuttle more frequently. We got laundry done through the hotel which was very expensive we paid 8euro in Rome and nearly 33e here for same wait of laundry. Place could do with a bit of a spruce up.

The view was amazing, air conditioning was heaven, very comfy bed, room was very clean and cleaned daily, pool was great and refreshing. Breakfast was okay. Most of the staff were pretty helpful. Wifi was excellent.

It would be really nice to see the rooftop having sun beds or chairs. It’s a beautiful place but you cannot sit there..! Even better if they would have service up there.

It has a great parking facility and the staff is really really good! All members were super nice. It appeared somehow two bookings were made accidentally and they supported immediately to resolve the issue with Booking.

We asked for beach towels and they were super old with holes on it. Some of the staff wasn't too friendly.

Free parking available and also a free shuttle bus that take you to the centre of Sorrento. Quiet and relaxing area. Restaurant with good prices. Buffet continental breakfast great variety.

Breakfast was excellent plenty of choice. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Shuttle bus service really is a bonus to get up and down into the town. But getting back to a quiet peaceful hotel was fabulous. Easy parking at the hotel. Overall excellent
