It was a small family run hotel and the staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, with lots of freshly cooked food. Our room was at the back and was very quiet. There was a small balcony. It was about 5 mins walk from the station, and there were lots of restaurants and bars nearby as well as fast food places in the Central Market.

We arrived early to drop bags off to go explore. Received a warm welcome and a cup of coffee and tart. Well needed after the journey. We were also able to gain access early as the room was ready. On return in the evening, I was offered water / juice also .breakfast was delicious, lovely family run business.

Room right next to reception so limits privacy. Didn’t bother us but some guests might not appreciate. Screaming baby in next room.

This is a family run hotel and the staff is very nice. The lady who prepares the breakfast was so lovely and made us feel very welcome. Yummy breakfast with fresh juice. The hotel is within a walk distance from the main attractions in Florence. There are lots of restaurants near the hotel. The rooms are very clean.

Giovanni, the host, was incredibly friendly. The breakfast featured delicious homemade meals, and the location, conveniently close to the station and within walking distance of all destinations, made our stay truly enjoyable.

Very well located, close to the train station and easy to get to. The room we stayed in was clean and standard, exactly as pictured on the website. The breakfast provided was acceptable. There was no noise during the night.

Very nice little hotel in super location in Florence. Juste accross train station, very close to Duomo and various attractions. Good restaurants all around in walking distance. Staff was just wonderful, very kind and gave us free water bottles. Very clean room, bed super comfy and the breakfast great with homemade cake and very good coffee. Would recommend without hesitation. Grazie mille for your kindness and flexibility

a homeless person on the road to the hotel (outside so out of hotel control) made me slightly uneasy as a woman but there were no issues. no other issues it was quite perfect

Maria!!!!! adorable lady, very very sweet and kind. she even gave us croissant for the road when we left and made us coffee. all staff was very very sweet and welcoming. comfortable room, spacious, warm and cosy. good heating system. space for drying towels and clothes. it was perfect. ideal location near mercato centrale. code and access everything was conveyed properly and in time. big water bottles.
