You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe photos shown here are not true photos of the rooms, at all!!! The rooms are “worn” and not very clean. The couches need to be replaced or recovered and the table and chairs on the balcony were actually torn and falling apart. We had 3 rooms booked, and this was ALL of them. The airconditioning did not work at times and the linens were soiled. I was shocked that this was listed as 4 star. I have booked off of booking.com on numerous occasions and have never encountered this before. It was a disappointment, especially when we are choosing based on what the hotel is posting as their property, but in actuality, isn’t at all.

SwitzerlandPoor parking area, menu not renewed during our stay and slow service. From the cleaning service, watch out cause an air mat for kids and a nightdress disappeared overnight. Finally, to remark that wedding receptions with outside disco are frequent events disrupting a quiet stage at hotel till 1.00 am aprox. (to consider it before booking here).

BelgiumI book room at Hotel Della Valle for 2 nights. We got room with terrace however it is not like the picture I saw in booking.com. The bed mattress is not comfortable at all, and it was 2 single beds that push it close together (not a king size bed). My son slept on sofa bed, and the quality of mattress also not good. The room decoration is outdated. Bathroom is quite small. Toilet also make weird noise. Breakfast is not the standard of 4 stars hotel. There are many choices however quality of food is fair.
The only thing we love for this hotel is the swimming pool. Very large, clean and surrounded by garden.

ItalyThe staff was really nice. Lorenzo at the front desk was extremely helpful. The pool was incredible. Nice views of valley of the temples and the ocean from our balcony. This Hotel was perfectly located in Agrigento. A 5 minute drive (20 minute walk) to Valley of the temples. 20 minute drive to some nice beaches towards The Turkish Steps. And they are pet friendly!
