We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CanadaOnly thing was we were given a discount card for hotel restaurant, but it wasn't open that day!
Proximity to sea. Very welcoming front desk and friendly staff. We had one room with balcony with a view to the side of the hotel, and one without a balcony. Rooms were quiet, with good air conditioning and we slept really well. Excellent buffet breakfast - lots of choice. We chose to walk across the causeway from Comacchio. That was mostly really good, but coming off the path in to the outskirts of Lido d'Estense a bit more like walking along a road with traffic - information on accessing the hotel when walking might be useful to other travellers. For our return journey we took a bus - bus stop easy to find.

SwedenVery cute and homely hotel, with polite and helpful staff. Our room was larger than we would have expected: with a hall connecting to the bathroom and bedroom respectively, aswell as a nice balcony. The breakfast was traditionally Italian with a little extra bread and yoghurt for some of the foreigners visiting. It has its own parking spaces close by if you travel by car. The hotel is also close to the sea with a nice beach.

United StatesIt's such a minor point, but a small shelf in the shower would have been helpful.
First of all, the breakfast was excellent!!!!! The 2 brothers at the front desk went out of their way to make our visit to this area outstanding...they were helpful in every way... and recommended a restaurant in Porto Garibaldi (Restaurant Europa) which my wife and I felt was excellent. The only thing was the bathroom and shower were quite small and that is the only negative. This is a 3 star hotel and the price and location were perfect for us and we would definitely return.

Norway1. No lift. We got a room on the second floor (third) 2. only cold breakfast(buffet but you need to say what you want and you will get it by waiter which dont speak english). 3. bad coffee.
Enough clean but old. Large bedroom. Not a dobblebed (to small beds together). Balcony with to chair and a table. Fresh fruits for breakfast. Refrigerator in the room, but noisy.
