Exellent location and staff

It was very cold, even with the heater it was not enough, the lights outside in the hallway would come in around the doors and it was bright maybe recommend the travelers bringing a mask to cover their eyes. The bathroom was also stinky, it smelled like sewer really strong and it had mold in the shower walls.

I liked the location, it was close to many restaurants ! and the after hours instructions were pretty straight forward .

The location was great. All the best sights were within walking distance. Piazza navona is less than 5 minutes away, the colosseo was 25 minutes away, and just 100 metres away, there is a lovely church with a bith a raffaello and a stunning caravaggio to admire. Right next to it, you can also visit biblioteca angelica, the very first public library in Europe. Staff were friendly and just a message or whatsapp call away in case you needed it. They were also helpful with luggage as you could leave your stuff at the location both before checkin and after checkout. The bed was super comfy, and each of us had 2 pilows, something that is pretty rare around

Would be good to have a small fridge. One night there was very laud music coming from the top floor as it was a club or so. Maybe it can be laud in the main season. I don’t know

Good location, clean, many nice additionals (like tee, coffee). Te extra couch is not comfortable at all. It’s more for a couple and not three people.

Due to the central location, there might be a little noise during the night. There is no lift but at least only one flight of stairs. One thing which really bothered me is the lack of places to keep your things in the bathroom. There is nowhere to hang your personal belongings and no hooks and shelves at all. Also, since these are converted apartments, there is no lobby, apart from the one in the same apartment, and the main entrance, since it is divided by everyone, needs a little upgrade and maybe a little cushions where one can wait. I would also add a coat hanger in the room itself.

The location is perfect! Central to so many attractions! The breakfast coupon is in one of the top gelaterias in the area and only a few meters away from the lodging. I must applaud the possibility to leave the luggage before and after check in/out. Good amount of socket outlets.

There are some instructions required to access the room. It would have been good to have these ahead of time. We got to the location and I happened to check my phone for instructions as there wasn't anyone at site to talk to.

No iron even when I requested. No front desk check in. Could not leave curtains open some one outside could see you.

One night the discoteca just below was open so it was quite noisy into the late night. But another night it was closed.

The size of the room was more than expected. Everything newly done and modern. Super clean.

This is fully self check-in hotel. There is no reception on site. Room was clean. The room had air conditioning, wifi, a coffee maker and a kettle. The price included breakfast, which was served in a nearby cafe and included coffee and croissant. The contact person was contacted via whatsup and she responded quickly. The best Part was a location. Hotel is located in the heart of the city. Few blocks from the Pantheon and Piazza Navona. All the major attractions are within walking distance. If you dont need an on-site reception and don't mind the usual big city noises, this is a great place to stay and explore Rome.

Was quite basic but expected this in the price. Was better than some of the reviews we had read. I am not a fan of there being no reception although the self checkin was efficient and fine

Good central location for all sights. Nice bathroom. Big comfortable bed. Very clean. We enjoyed the breakfast pastries and coffee at the gelateria.

The only thing I'd note is that the breakfast is provided by a cafe nearby and it includes a coffee and a pastry. The cafe doesn't open before 8.30 so breakfast is not available before that time.

The location was excellent, just a short walk from Pantheon. The room was clean and cozy.

To me it was not clear before we arrived how we were going to enter the building. I thought somebody would be at the reception. I had some issues with my network that is why I received the host's message with codes a bit late, after standing in front of the apartment for a while. But then everything went smooth. It would have been better to be aware of the entering procedure in advance.

Brilliant location, most of the sights available on foot, host always available via WhatsApp, Always helpful, even though we never met in person. Nice, small, tidy room, ideal for 2-3 people.

The size of the room was very small. The staff always replied to the quesries but the tone was not always very accomodating, but this might just be my perception. The property was definately overpriced for what they offer, but I guess this can be said about Rome in general. With the prices going on, if it weren't for work I would not visit the city with these prices.

For a tourist the location is perfect, I think. Also, the room was clean and cleaned everyday of our stay. However the feeling whhen moving the curtains was that there was some dust going around. The wi-fi was working very well.

It was very difficult to find the place, the steet numbers are totally confused. The room itself did not have window. It is not a big problem, we just missed it a bit.

The (self) check-in procedure was communicated poorly. Not because the manager/owner did not try, but because the English messages were unclear and the cleaning staff present was not allowed/able to help.

The B&B has a fantastic location in the historic centre of Rome, and even so, there is no noise whatsoever from people talking loudly or traffic. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The airconditioning in our room was leaking water, but the manager responded very adequately to this problem.
