I didn’t notice when I booked it that the room doesn’t have enough bathroom. however there are 2 bathrooms can be used. I had to go back to my room a few times because the bathrooms were in use. if you are ok with not having your own bathroom than it’s perfect stay.

very nice, clean and quiet. the room size is very nice as well and has fridge and everything you need.. the owners are very helpful any time. the property is about 2 min by walk to the seaside. and has a vey cute small coffee shop and several restaurants just at the corner . I eat the best pasta ever in one of them.

Noisy, they need to soundproof doors better as so noisy with other guests banging bedroom doors etc hard to sleep because of this issue

The place is ok, everything was as described in the ad :) Whe arrived late, but thanx to the video tutorial the check-in went really smooth. The room was spacious and clean. The hosts are friendly and helpful.

The room is good for a short stay in terms of value/money. They gave me clear instructions for free self-check-in late in the evening. The receptionist was very friendly.

Could have been my fault for not reading everything properly/misunderstanding something (and for arriving between 14:00 and 16:00) but the check in process seemed a bit more confusing than it needed to be. Also, the property is walking distance to the the city/attractions (20-30 mins) but you’ll probably want to look at using public transport (the number 5 bus runs to the centre from the nearby cathedral)

Well looked after, clean and tidy, and easy to find. Bedroom and bathrooms were nice and spacious ☺️ surrounding area was lovely - only a couple of minutes stroll to the waterfront/promenade 😍

The facilities were old but I didn't expect any less than that. Some things in the bathroom could be fixed. We could hear the water loudly whenever someone else from other rooms used the bathroom.

Very good location, very cheap for what it's offered for just a night in Cagliari! The bed was comfortable, and the staff really helpful about check-in and help with car rental!

Got Moskitos in the room because there are no moskito fence on the window. There is a noise road nearby, but it was OK for a city.

It's more of a hoste feel, with light coming through the door from the corridor, the windows / blinds were rattling at night, a car alarm went off so hardly got any sleep there. No breakfast facilities, but could make coffee for 50 cent, plus would be nice to have a private bathroom

The one double bed was ok, but the booking stipulated two double beds, which wasnt the case, so it was 50-50 OK, close to the beach / coast, but not very quiet on the street side.

It was just plain dirty. The windows looked like they were not cleaned for at least a year, the floor had cumbs on it, there was dust on the window sills.

We liked the price but on the spot we realised the basic cleanliness level was not even attempted at and the staff was rude.

Washroom bath mats on the floor could have been provided.

Clean and spacious rooms not far from the city centre and well connected by public transport. Many books in the house to read for leisure and along with free maps for the city. The port is a minute walk from the apartment!

No toiletries (only hand soap at the sink), no heating, no soundproof, had to cancel the 2nd night because heating was not fixed, had to sleep with hoodie and it was really hard to fall asleep because of the noises. Still waiting for refund (1 week passed).
