What a fantastic place and location! The apartment has everything you could possibly need, with parking right next door and a small beach nearby. It's only about a 15-minute walk to Ortigia. The communication with the owner was perfect; she provided helpful advice, assistance, and ensured everything was superb. To top it off, a welcome bottle of wine! Truly classy. The Italian style, delicious food everywhere, and beautiful views make it an unforgettable experience.

We stayed at Kyanos Residence for 2 months, and we can definitely recommend this place. There is a cozy atmosphere, good service, the staff are polite and friendly, and they went the extra mile to assist us while we were there.

Quiet apparttment, well equipped, excellent communication with owner, friendly, pretty courtyard, good facilities, great shower. Well-located: 10 mins walk to Ortigia, 5 mins walk to good supermarket, 15 - 20 min walk from railway station, 15min walk to archaeological park La Spagoli restaurant was recommended by owner and was a very good recommendation - we went twice. I recommend this apartment.

The facilities of accommodation were excellent. I liked the prepared brochure which contained all the important information and recommendations for foods/programs etc. Everything was clean and new.

Location was excellent, only 10-15 min walk into Ortigia. Easy walk. We had a car so parking was free right out front. Loved this cute apartment, had all the conveniences. We did a load of laundry and used the drying rack provided. We bought fresh fruit from the vendor located in front of the residence and enjoyed our own breakfast on the porch. You could get breakfast only 5 mins down the road for guests of Kyanos but we had our own and enjoyed relaxing for a while before exploring the gorgeous island of Ortigia. A beautiful courtyard on the lower level was a welcoming entrance. We had a super comfortable bed which was the first bed in Italy that wasn’t extremely hard!

Lovely apartment in a house with a pleasant courtyard just 1 minute from Ortiga island, free parking on the street and a lovely hostess. She was very responsive on WhatsApp, gave good instructions on where to park and how to enter the apartment and gave us a great recommendation for the restaurant. Great value for money.

Amongst several things to help make our stay comfortable there was some salt. I was sorry to find that there was no salt cellar, just a box of salt.

The dominant feeling I got during my stay was of 'attention to detail'. The residence is very secure; there's a communal space with a washing machine for residents' use at no extra expense. There are tables and chairs on a shared veranda. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. I could go on much longer but suffice it to say that nothing about this place looks cheap.

Very comfortable apartament, warm and cosy, well equipped and spacious, it has a nice patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee. We were offered a glass of wine as a welcome drink. We were planning to stay jest one night, but we liked the place so much that we decided to stay longer

This is a great place, there isn't anything bad really. The kitchen is pretty well equipped, if you want to have a decent cutting knife you should probably bring that with you, though.

I had a very warm and welcoming greeting at Kyanos Residence. They seem to really be caring about their guests well-being. I was there a bit early and the host very kindly messaged me as soon as the room was ready so I could move in before the official check in time. The location in Siracusa is great as you can go everywhere by foot and it's just 2 minutes from the sea. The room was very clean, bright and had an exceptionally comfortable bed, the kitchen has most things you might need for cooking and a very good stovetop.

It was easy to find the place and to get in, we colud enter even two hours earlier. Very clean, very suportive, friendly and helpful host, always avaliable for help. Alot of space. The center is very close. We will definitely come back on our next visit

The staff was really friendly and helpful, the apartment was big, fully equiped like in the pictures, it had even a normal oven! Also the parking lot is exactly in front of the house, so you could even see your car without going down. And near there is a man selling oranges and lemons, they were really good!

Nice and specious apartment with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Close to the old Town, restaurants and small shops. Place has no issue with parking, which is a great plus.Host was very helpful and gave us good advice for a day trip out of crowded streets.

Sound of chairs scratching (ours and neighbors') and sound of the toilet running down, but should be solved soon. Quite cold but due to the time of the year I guess. The top of the bed is also a bit strange, irregular wood or platic piece, we hit our head often

Two separate rooms, with a functional kitchen, and a beatiful backyard. Recycling is done and well indicated. The accommodation is located not too far from the center by foot. The owner is also asking for improvment ideas. Good wifi.
