As expected, the rooms are pretty tiny and there's a construction going on next to the hotel.

The location was awesome and the staff (including the hotel manager) was great.

The bins in our room were not emptied during our stay, nor were the towels changed. As we stayed for five days, we felt that both of these things should have been done. There was a dirty mark in the bathroom that needed cleaning.

The location was excellent, making it easy to walk everywhere. Daniela was very friendly and helpful. The access codes made it very easy to come and go to suit us.

There is no elevator which you are made aware of when you book the property. It would be a challenge to go up there with a lot of large or heavy bags.

Very clean and comfortable. The internet, which is ESSENTIAL to me and my work, was excellent. The location near the US Consulate was quiet and easy to find. The codes to get in the main door and the hotel itself were convenient. I would stay here again.

If you have big suitcases just have in mind that there is no elevator.

Right beside the Arno and just a short 10 minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio. The staff is just amazing, they were helpful and really friendly, the rooms are also quite spacious and the beds are comfortable.

I stayed here for 3 nights during the week. It was a good choice, I chose it for the location. Close to the Uffizi but still in a quiet area. I don't know what it's like in the summer, but it was quiet in November. Claudio was kind and ready with restaurant suggestions. No smoking inside, there is a small terrace. When I return to Florence, I think I will opt for this accommodation again. Be sure to have cash for the city tax, 6 euros/person/day. Breakfast can be paid by card. It is the kind of small business hotel. It is an apartment in which the rooms were equipped with individual bathrooms, very well equipped (including disposable shower slippers).

This was a nice stay. The property was in a good location, very quiet, and a nice stroll from the major attractions. Facilities were clean and the staff was nice and helpful. Although the property does not have a 24-hour reception, access is easy, and support is provided. I contacted the staff after hours for a minor request and they responded promptly.

This might just be a useful tip, rather than a downside: the rooms are located at the second floor with a lot of steps and no lift. Get ready for some exercise!

We came for 2 days to Florence and wanted a base within walking distance of Florence centre. it took about 2.0 mins to walk into Florence centre. I was given information to get to the hotel and access codes. There is only stairs but we were backpacking, so it was fine . The hotel was spotless, staff were very friendly. Would happily go back again

The location was very good and the room had a good size, was very clean and tastefully decorated. For our taste, breakfast can improve. Hostess/host were very, very nice.

Fantastic location, very quiet street. Daniele and Valentina are lovely and run a very friendly, clean and stylish small hotel. The description is entirely accurate, and people must pay attention to that. If you want lots of facilities and an elevator, this is not the place for you, but it doesn't promise that either in the description.
