Restaurant evening manager (male, 25 years) had bad attitude and was really unpleasant. We ask him to turn down the super loud club music. Didn’t happen. Had to move to different area. Restaurant should reconsider choice of music as guests would rather enjoy pleasant music while having dinner and enjoying the views and not annoying club music. This is not Ibiza and no one is interested in dancing. We paid extra for a larger room ($400 for 3 days), however ended up with the similar size room (109) as our friend (102). Front desk manager (female) said she would follow up and check on a different room, but never contacted us again! This has been our second visit in only 5 months and we have brought 2 other couples to your hotel also.

Breakfast is great. Anna and her Italian colleague (long brown hair) are wonderful.

Room on the 1th floor was a little bit noise, but you are in the centre of Rome so that is totally understandable.

Just a small detailed. We booked a room on 4th floor and there was a party going on, on the 5th floor till 1 o'clock. A little bit noise that particular day.

We have booked a double superior. The room was comfortable, clean & modern. The location is very good, near the center of Rome. Also they serve very good breakfast on the rooftop. The staff was very helpful. In general it is a very good option.

The only thing is that our room had no view and no natural light, we had to have the lights on even during the day.

The staff was so nice, welcoming, and helpful. My newly fiancé proposed in your hotel, and it was an amazing experience. The view from the breakfast terrasse was incredible, breakfast was excellent, as well as the cocktails.

The bedrooms are fairly small but you are in the centre of Rome and they are spotless.

The location is fantastic with everything within walking distance. Breakfast on the rooftop with great views is a real bonus. The decor and paintings etc. all give a feeling of class. The Hotel is spotlesly clean and the staff fantastic. The second you walk through the door you know you made a good choice.

I didnt like that I ask the reception to make some reservations to restaurants and they did not manage. i understand that it was last minute but they did not even give us a call or message. One day they call in the room (not my mobile) one hour before the reservation just to say that they didnt find. The next day they didnt bother to inform me and I found out when I came back to the hotel and I asked them . Really not very professional. I understand that it is a 4 star hotel and they do not have concierge but still a phone call was required. In a city like Rome, it is not that difficult to make reservations for dinner even last minute. So if you visit L Orologio make sure that you have reservations for dinner/lunch booked before!

Breakfast was in small quantities but excellent (one selelection of eggs, nice selection of cheese and cuts, pastries, marmelades) and very nice american coffeee! I do not like anymore big buffets with the smell of eggs all over!Staff very polite and they remember always that i drink almond milk.

We stayed on a mezanin floor. Our room windows faced out to small narrow space between buildings from which you cant't see sky, and with smells from the kitchen.

Location was amazing - amongst many restaurants and bars and very accessible to transport. Great place to reach all famous places in Rome such as Pantheon, Villa Farnesse, Vittorio Emannuelle, Colloseum . Good breakfast on the roof restaurant.

Unreasonable money for the value. My room was suitable for sleep only - totally uncomfortable to enjoy free time in there. Very very tiny, totally without window view (my was facing an elevator schacht). The ergonomics in the room is not comfortable - you can not properly walk, I bumped with my head the lamp next to bed, the closet (wardrobe) was divided horizontally in half so you can't even hang vertically long clothes or trousers. No SPA / gym in the hotel. With quite expensive room-rates the comfort experience makes it not worth it.

Elevated quality and a bit posh boutique-style hotel in terms of the service and price. Very-very central location and a roof-top bar / restaurant with outstanding 360-view. Very attentive and caring service, cleanliness is perfect, rooms are refreshed twice a day. Breakfast is also with high-end service, with not very wide but very decent selection of food and of course unforgettable panorama view on central Rome. Special thanks to Reception who kindly helped with birthday compliments to my friend who stayed with me.

The temperature in the room fluctuated, with the AC turning on during the night blowing very cold air into the room.

Lovely roof top views. Clean nice and comfortable rooms. Great shower! Very friendly staff and super location.
