Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

BulgariaPretty much no complaints whatsoever! Two things that could be reviewed by the management of the hotel though: 1. Isolation of windows - huge and nice windows, but apparently with time they are not closing so tightly, as they are supposed to. You can even see the cold air stream by having the curtains blown out by the air that comes in. One thing is that this makes those gorgeous rooms with tall ceilings warming up very difficult. Second thing - noise from the street is heard a lot more in the rooms. And third - you are spending a lot on heating, which just goes away from the windows. Which, on the other hand, is far from sustainable and environment-friendly. 2. You could add some nice stuff to the mini-bar, so it's convenient for guests. :)
Everything! Absolutely great location! Kind and nice people, and great welcoming by Daniel. The rooftop bar is amazing! Fantastic cocktails - sophisticated, presented and explained in a very appealing manner. And if it wasn't the cold January, the terrace there would be a great place to spend a few hours. Phenomenal attention to details - all the elements from the design are in line with the watches theme (as the name of the hotel). Nice touch and quality materials used all over the hotel. Not to mention each room is with indivdual name again in the watches theme. Great touch all over the place. Well done, guys!

SingaporeThey are some walking distance away from places like Vatican city. Other than that I think this hotel is quite suitable for our family. It will wonderful if there are salad veg for breakfast too.

United StatesThere was only one strange thing that happened for me and my friends: on occasion, we would return to our rooms in the evening and find cleaning staff in the room. While we like having cleaning staff in the room, we did not expect them to be there in the evening. We expected them to be in our rooms in the daytime, since this is the convention in our country. It surprised us, and we did not have access to our rooms at the time we wanted. It would have been nice if the hotel had advised us of when to expect the cleaning staff.
Wonderful hotel. I really liked it. It's very centrally located, close to the Vatican, Pantheon, Colosseum, and numerous basilicas and sites of religious interest. The staff was friendly, the breakfast included in the fare was excellent. The roof-top terrace was a great location to hang out with my travel companions in the evening to smoke cigars, drink adult beverages, etc.

Israelcouldn’t turn on heat in ac in the room, so it was a bit cold tv was smart tv but couldn’t connect to phone/Netflix so I don’t see the point of having a smart tv in the room breakfast was poor by my standards (staff was super nice and helpful though with our requests)

IsraelBreakfast is very basic. We took the deluxe double room which we expected to be bigger but it was pretty small. However, very big closets to store clothes so it was convenient.
The hotel was very very clean, the rooms nice and the design is very cool. The beds were comfy and housekeeping came at least twice a day to clean and tidy the room. Location was perfect!
