the room was a bit dated, the shower handle was broken so it was the sink, the radiator didn't work well, and the bed was old but comfortable enough, I didn't like the noise of the neighbors.

the view, and the help of the staff, I had a nice chat with the young guy at the reception during the night, the old man was fun as well, he asked me for 2 euros of taxes to pay and even though I already paid it I didn't mind because you could see he did his best with the new technology around him.

Location is superb. My bedroom has a view of the harbour and it is just delightful! The check in was easy and the guy went above and beyond. He took my heavy suitcase to my room. They changed my booking without charging an additional cost. I actually loved my room and the hotel as it has a real Italian old style feel to it.

Shower box

It was easy to reach from the airport ( with the last bus). It is a 10 mins walk from the main sites. The hotel is simple ( as I expected), the room was old, especially the toilet windows need refurbishing. My single room was ok, simple but clean. The bedlinen was crispy, good quality. But the shower box is terrible, really needs an upgrade.

Terribly strong musty and unclean smell in the rooms.

Wonderful staff. Hotel has a lot of health and safety issues that worried us. Leaking air-conditioning and the balcony seemed about to collapse.

Incredible nice staff! It's an friendly family hotel. I've had a single room with balcony, a little fridge and air-conditioning. It's all really basic, so is the breakfast. But the location is central and a lot of opportunities. The quality of the price and what u get is good. I don't understand the bad comments for this hotel. I had wonderful experiences. Thank u Alberto -and your family -for the lovely week in Brindisi.

The shower in the bath didn't work very well, it was partially torn. Some sockets did not work for us, the furniture is quite old and the room is quite small. For one or two nights and without a lot of luggage, this accommodation is functional.

Friendly staff, extremely good location, ease of arrangement. The air conditioning works perfectly and the sea view is wonderful.

The toilet wouldn't flush. The aircon didn't work properly, it was fixed on 18 degrees C. The blinds didn't close all the way.

It really is tired and rough round the edges. Not perfectly clean, and the bed was old and lumpy. It was fine for a quick overnight stay, but I wouldn’t be hurrying back.

The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to help and advise me. I really appreciated that.

Dated and Old fashioned. Breakfast was poor. Very limited choice, but for the price what would you expect? Good Cappuccino made fresh.

Very basic and Dated. However cheap and when I landed at 22.00 hrs, I just wanted a room. By the time I arrived at the hotel it was 23.10 hrs. Night reception, which was handy.

One rude angry man who worked there ,got very mad at me when I politely came down with my changed duvet that had dried bird poo on it. Initially told me I'd have to keep it until tomorrow morning. Until he went and got me a different blanket. Grunting and shouting the whole time
