The hotel is a little bit old, some parts (like under the table. floors) were dirty (not the bed and sheets they were pretty clean).

The staff was very helpfull and friendly, the location is great, situated in the center, there is a bus that directly goes to the beach infront of the hotel. The view of the room is great and breakfast was also not bad. The bed was confortable even the room is small the bed was big enough.

Very dirty room , hairs in the toilet , shower disgusting. Bed blanket pillow duvet covers smells. I will not recommend this hotel to anybody

The location is ok, close to old town , and promenade. 15 min walk to train station .

I booked dbl room with sea view and balcony and I got view to some buildings and no balcony. Explanation - we have only few rooms with sea view and balcony, ask booking.com about their mistake.

Very outdated. Took an age to get into the room due to a faulty lock. Once inside the room was very tired, ceiling badly repaired,bath dirty and the shower next to useless. Have cancelled our stay for the return trip.

The only good point about this hotel was it was close to the port.

Very soft and thin pillow.

No nonsense hotel. Old? Let’s call it authentic. No IKEA chair and table but furniture from grandma’s time. And everything worked. They even provided some sort of breakfast. Nothing special but enough to get you going for a few ours on your way to a next destination.

The elevator stopped at the 2nd floor and I had to climb one floor because I was in the 3rd

I liked that the check-in time is at 11:30, very good, if you arrived by an early flight. My room had everything I needed for a one-day stay: comfi bed, hot water from the shower and hairdryer. It is close to everything, the airport bus stops exactly in front of the hotel. You can walk to the train station or to the city center in 10 minutes. The continental breakfast was basic but good.

The place is a bit run down, in an area that is clearly being renovated, but it was clean and quiet, and we thought the age/condition of the place was well-reflected in the price - we stayed for two nights for the same price most hotels in our range charge for one, and it was then a 5-minute drive to the port (which was our reason for being there). All in all, we have no complaints, and might well book the same place when we return next year.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Easy 5-minute walk into a pleasant part of town. The whole stay (2 days and nights) could be classified as cheap and cheerful - we had no issues at all. Our dog was very welcome. Even the free public parking was only a stone's throw away.

I forgot my airpods and they let me know 15 minutes after I checked out, so I was able to return for them. They even sent someone to try to find me on my way to the station to return them, who couldn't find me! Very kind staff :)

The reception staff was rude and couldn't speak English

The location of the hotel was great. I didn't enjoy it there because of the hotel, only because of the location. Brindisi was my hometown for a few years

Our room was not good to stay in cause a lot of things in they did not work example light in bathroom door handel was as you touch it falls mirror too high to look in plus full body mirror was all rusty to cut short the whole hotel needs refurbishment.

Bad smell from the bathroom, I had to shut the door. There is no fan or air conditioner in the room, during day time was a little hot, but at night was ok.

I could see the sea directly from the window, private bathroom, breakfast included, comfortable bed.
