The accommodation was impeccably clean, and the host was exceptionally welcoming, kind, and professional. He provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants, wine tasting venues, and weekly farmers' markets. The apartment was well-equipped with both air conditioning and Wi-Fi, and featured a large dining table that comfortably seats four. The bed was comfortable, complemented by spacious closets. Conveniently located near a bus station, it offers easy access to the SF train station. Lastly, the breakfast was truly AMAZING! I wholeheartedly recommend this place and look forward to returning on my next visit.

Niccolo is a fantastic friendly and helpful host. The location is great and the daily breakfast was delicious. Check in and communication was a breeze over WhatsApp. A very clean and comfortable place to stay. Would recommend highly.

I booked this trip for my parents and they absolutely loved it! First of all, the host Nikolo was really really nice, he reached out to me to help with the communication, and gave a lot of restaurant and meal recommendations. And the breakfast was amazing, it has a lot of items to choose from and delivered to the room. My parents also told me the room was really nice as well!

Everything about this accommodation was perfect. Location a 5-minute walk from the city centre. The information you receive at check-in was incredibly helpful. And breakfast in your bedroom was well taken care of.

The facilities were very clean and comfortable. Niccolo was extremely accomodating and even helped us with providing an early breakfast for our tour/transfer days which was really appreciated. Good location with walking distance to major sites. We would definitely recommend staying here for your visit to Siena and would love to come back again.

Everything. It was conveniently located and we could walk everywhere. The property was gorgeous and they have air conditioning so it wasn't too hot at night. We were able to keep our luggage in the living room and the owner helped us to book a taxi. One of the best city break stays we have had

Everything was wonderful here! The beds were comfy, the room was quiet and peaceful, it was nice to have a table and chairs, the air conditioning was nice, and the breakfast of our choosing was delicious! Our host, Nikolo, was the best and gave us so much information about what to do, where to go, and some of the history of Siena.

Amazing little apartment hidden away near the centre of the old town. Walkable to all the attractions. Our host was amazing, very friendly and attentive and very knowledgeable about Siena. Breakfast was great too.
