We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The breakfast was very nice and gentile people! Good location close by Forte deu Marmi and very easy to access via bike.

HungaryThe suite was small without table and missing some kichen equitmemnts like kettle and glasses, plates. The hotels dinner was expensive therefore we choice nice restaurants not so fare from the hotel. The parking place is limited for 5-6 cars and no any exclusivity for owner of suite. I wished price / value was better to get for cc.185€/night! Frankly they sold a room like suite but living room, bedroom, dining room was in a room.
The breakfast was the same all day but we were missing vegetable. The room was on the 5th floor with real big terace.

ItalyOur room was between floors so the lift didn't stop exactly on our floor. We would have like tea and coffee facilities in the room.
The hotel was a few minute walk from the beach. Really nice common areas, like the garden. Small car park plus street parking was very useful to us. The staff were all very attentive and friendly. Great breakfast selection.
