We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustriaWe needed gluten free and lactose free options. For breakfast this was a hassle unfortunately. There was never bread, only ever crispbread, no gluten free cornflakes, and they only would hand out 1 lactose free yogurt a day. Our normal yogurts at home are 250g, the ones given here are 100g, so not enough to make a muesli. You could boil your own egg, and have cheese and tomato with it, but no buttered toast or simple sandwich. The grilled fish was great though! But even pasta/ lasagna/ pizza (every day they provided one of those options) were all ready-meals bought from the convenience store, so unfortunately no Italian meals. Also it was only gluten free then, not lactose free. So you still have to take medication. But apart from food this was a great stay! My only advice to guests with allergies would be to not expect more than basic food needs met. Everything is with lactose and gluten. Beads, dishes, sausages, coffee, side dishes, desserts, ice cream... just buy everything for yourself and only eat grilled meats/fish. The staff honestly tried, but they had nothing really to work with.
Very friendly staff. We loved the outdoor cooking and grill station for lunch and dinner - fresh pasta and grilled fish every day!

SwitzerlandOnly one. Plastic cups for the orange juice, water and for any other drink. This generated huge waste since every person used more than one plastic cup per breakfast… so I ended up drinking juice from coffee cups
Good Location, right on the beach. Room better than on pictures. Our room has a sea view even if we did not book like this. Close to the dog beach. Dog allowed on the hotel peemises, even on their inside private beach (not the on the one which is right near the water) but still very good. We could go with the dog in the water at the bau bau beach which is 7-10 minutes walking. Breakfast not too various but fine: eggs, bacon, fruit salad, orange juice …

SlovakiaNot really a hotel disadvantage, but if you want to go into sea with your dog, you need to go to paid Bau bau beach (short 10min walk from hotel).
Dog friendly hotel, kind staff, good breakfast, airconditioning, private dog beach. Short distance to bau bau beach. Parking. Dog had his own bed! :) Incredible!

HungaryWe booked two rooms next to each other, but one was on the first floor the other one on the 3rd floor. We asked for room changing at arrival but it was not possible.
A fantastic hotel, perfectly situated with own beach (beach umbrella & deck chair included) with wonderful staff, great food and drink (freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast, delicious coffee at the bar). Full board corresponded to 4-star buffet. The offer of the show kitchen was perfect (pasta, meat, fish every day). Room was clean with very comfortable beds, air-conditioning and a beautiful panorama. We would definetely recommend this hotel!

BrazilThe beds are not comfortable, the linen are the cheap kind, the pillows were not comfortable. The bathroom was full of hair from previous guest. The breakfast finishes at 9h0am!! You are at the beach, it could go at least until 10h30. There was nothing in the mini bar, not even water.
The location was very good, the staff is very pleasant, the parking space was convenient. The room was spacious enough. The fact that you can stay with you dog at the premises is very nice. But the level of comfort overall, is far from what I expected.

perfect location, just on the 1st line, closed to the beach, very nice system with pre-booked sunbeds for each room, and also pre-booked tables for the dinner, so not rush or stress in the restaurant. Very nice pool area, and good beach area, different fresh grill menu (fish+meat+risotto+pasta) for every dinner together with standard buffer. Very friendly personal, very clean, free parking, free private beach with sunbeds and umbrellas. We even got an extra treatment with earlier breakfast on the day of leaving at 07-00 in the morning, so all in all very nice place and highly recommended.

HungaryGreat hotel, on the beach. It was very clean, the food was great. It is possible to breakfast in the garden, which we found enjoyable. We were able to rent bike for free and there are a lot of bike road in the surrounding. The hotel has an own parking lot, so we could park in the private parking place, though it was a bit small and sometimes overloaded, but the staff was able to handle it.
