Everything was superlative, from the size of the rooms with balcony and 3 beds, the cleanliness of the rooms, the hygiene products in the bathroom. Incredibly rich breakfast that you don't find in many places. The hotel restaurant is also worth trying. We liked it very much and we were delighted together with the other couple we went with.

Everything was perfect, very clean room with a nice sea-view , spacious bathroom, excellent breakfast and very helpful staff . Would stay here again if I’m in this area. Free secured parking was a bonus for us since we were traveling by car. Very delicious pizza at the hotel restaurant at a reasonable price.

A lovely family-run hotel set along the main road in Capo Vaticano, It's about a 20min walk down the hill to the beach which is great. We ate in the restauarant on our stay there and it was exceptional value.

Nothing major but the A/C with no remote control oblige you to always stand up from the bed to adjust the temperature. The bed liner might be from a better quality

Perfect location, new facility, staff very helpful and kind but the real add value is the owner Erica.... she is everywhere and always ready to support and give advises. The breakfast is really good and the underneath garage is fantastic to leave your car always fresh on the hottest days. The shuttle for the beach is really a plus and they also provide umbrella and beach stuff. Highly recommended!

The property is in an excellent location very close to the Grotticelle beach with a daily shuttle that takes you up and down the hill. Everything was super clean, new and breakfast was excellent!

The newly renovated room is very practical, clean and comfortable. Garage parking is great. Location is great with 10 minute walking distance to two great viewing points. The shuttle to the beach is convenient. Breakfast variety is rich.

The hotel is spotless and the bed was so comfortable. All the staff made us very welcome and were incredibly helpful. We ate at the restaurant a few times too which was very tasty. We really enjoyed our stay.

Big rooms, so clean, comfortable bed! Spacious, new bathroom. Lovely seaview from balcony. Staff accomodating and friendly. Excellent and abundant breakfast. Both sweet and savoury options available. Such good value for value for money. We will not think twice to go back if we need to stop in the area. Private free parking in the on-site garage.

It's a very lovely family hotel, where everyone helps you in a very kind way. I fully recommend this hotel in any way. Everything is new and very clean. The breakfast & restaurant is very good and they make amazing pizza.

Everything exceeded our expectations.

Excellent. Nice location with amazing views from the very beautiful balcony. Very friendly and helpful staff (family run). They greeted us very warmly and suggested beautiful places to visit. Breakfast is amazing with most of the food grown in their fields. Room spick and span. Housekeeping everyday. Apart from the daily change of towels we were also provided with hotel slippers, one shaving kit, one toothbrush and soap. No kettle in the room, however there's a coffee machine in the main landing of the floor. I would rate this hotel 5 stars. We will definitely return. I highly recommend, especially if you rent a car! Their restaurant is open for lunch and dinner too. The food is genuine, delicious, generous portions and value for money. The service is very professional. I highly recommend. The rain but nothing at all.

From the start the little touches as it was Easter, a small chocolate box of eggs, great modern room and super comfy bed, great sea view via the balcony. Convenient restaurant below our room which was reasonably priced and served great food. Plenty of parking and a great central location to walk to different parts of this little town. Staff were polite and very attentive, amazing breakfast and also dog friendly all for a fantastic price.

The Hotel Staff is very friendly and kind, the food is very good, the rooms are nice and there are beautiful spots around within just some hundred metres. There is even a small Shop with local products on the very terrain of the Hotel.
