Good location in the middle of the nature park, not so far from Monterosso to visit the Cinque Terre. Clean and nice room, decent breakfast. Wonderful and very helpful hosts

Perfect place for relaxing vacation. Beautiful surrounding nature, clone to Cinque terre but enough distanced from crowded places. But on top of all things are signira Luisa and signorre Claudio who are perfect hosts and make you feeling like home.

They didn’t have restaurants nearby, but by car we could easily get to places to eat.

The staff was amazing and helped with everything we needed. The location was very peaceful and 30 minutes drive from Cinque Terre coast. The room was clean and it had enough space. We would definitely come back here and it is all because of their lovely staff<3

Not really.

We (a family of 4 people) have stayed there for 7 nights, during our holidays in the region. We have enjoyed it very much: clean rooms, good breakfast, best-ever hospitality, tips for visiting Cinque Terre and surroundings. Claudio was always available to help, "everything is possible" as he said. Luisa speaks little English, but we could also feel her hospitality. We had to leave early in the last morning, we thought to skip the breakfast but Claudio and Luisa prepared so that we could still have early and quick breakfast before we left. Also thanks to Claudio for calling the ferry company so that we could find back the car key we lost at the harbor.

There was a small incident with noise at late night but after drawing attention to it, it has never happened again.

It was really nice stay in very interesting and climatic object. The object and the village itself has a tiny bit of magical/mystical atmosphere. The breakfast was great. Apart from homemade sweets you can get also some eggs, ham and cheese on reqest. The location was really convenient to visit Cinque Terre. I can definitely recommend this object.

the toilets were too high, I would put a little step available in the shower room. an other suggestion is that I would organise a transport together with all the other hostal to bring people to Monterosso

Great italian hospitality, renovated rooms in a historic building in a cute little village in the mountains, not far away from La Spezia, very , beautiful landscape, spacious and clean room, easy parking opposite the street, great breakfast buffet with specialties and fresh cake, the best dinner on our trip! very friendly owner, great recommendations for trips in the area: palmaria was an amazing experience!! Totally nothing, it’s perfect!

Claudio and Louisa are wonderful hosts who made everything to make our stay as great as it became. Extremely friendly, elegant and generous. The place is an absolute perfection. Very nice and big room. Very clean, perfect AC, perfect bed and pillows. Very good bathroom. Silence in the room and very good isolation as the whole house is beautiful thick stone walls 4 floors building. Complete breakfast for all the tastes, very good quality of all the products and very fresh. Parking for the locanda just outside the building. Claudios tips and recommendations for the area are extremely valuable. He even gave us his tel nr to call any time if we needed anything. The dinner at the place prepared by Louisa and with the house wine is a must. So delicious! The village is very small but it takes only 20 min drive to reach La Spezia and 40 min to Portovenere. Pingone is another village only 5 min driving which is very nice mountain village with a good pizzeria and a good restaurant( book in advance) Lots and lots of thanks to Claudio for his extreme generosity and the extra dinner he offered for us when we came back at night without succeeding to find a place to eat because 16/8 was a holiday and must of the restaurants in the near villages were closed. The only regret we have is that we didn’t stay longer but we will definitely go back.

this place is a dream. nothing we did not like.

claudio and louisa, the hosts are simply outstanding friendly and caring, the place is very, very well taken care of, newly renovated, modern AC units in every room, best creamy cappucino ever, you got to try their dinner (homemade, delicious, 3-courses), private parking, the building from 1650 has a wonderful charm, cool nights on the hill in the hot summer, and more ... we are really, really happy with this accomodation choice.

Corvara is a nice little village on top of a hill, like in a miracle. No transit traffic, cars must be parked at the main place. Campana d'Oro is very quiet place situated in a beautiful old buliding. Will always remember Claudio: his hospitality is unforgettable -Grazie mille! Luisa took care of the restaurant and the breakfast: she is also very lovely with all the guests. Campana d'Oro is ideal starting point for exploring Cinque Terrra, about 20 minute drive to Monterosso or Levante. Plan your trip by leaving the car in Levante and take the train which operates like the Metro: runs in tunnels, stations are centrally located in the villages. Do not expecxt to park a car in the little villages, only few places are available and they are always full. Hope to return to Campana d'Oro once!

The wife of the owner is very unfriendly and doesn’t say hello or goodbye, as she isn’t able to speak a single word in English more cannot be excepted. The owner is very very friendly on the other hand! WIFI is low in quality and only works in one room
