The location was perfect, and the room was spacious. The design took you to another time, perfectly suiting the city. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was good.

Our room was directly above a bar/restaurant which played music till about 1 am and was very hard to fall asleep. Very noisy.

This was a wonderful stay. The location was amazing. Breakfast was served in the room. Cleanly. Spacious. Friendly staff.

The shower water became icy cold after two showers. The rest three of us took showers with icy water in the cold winter day. We also found bread crumbs on three of the kitchen chairs.

The location is excellent, right in the Piazza della Signora, next to the Uffizi Gallery, and very close to the old bridge Ponte Vecchio. The shopping area is very close and it's a short walk to Duomo di Firenze. There are many great restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood.

No Elevator on the facility. I had 3 big boxes that I had to take all the way to the 4th floor all by myself. I did the same upon checking out. That made me sick. Also, there was no view from both rooms and kitchen.

The location of La Casa Del Garbo was incredible, right in the heart of Florence at Piazza della Signoria. You couldn't ask for anything more if you want to explore Florence! The hotel room we had was a spacious suite - we felt like royalty. Joselito took care of our every need. Breakfast was nothing fancy, served in our room. An incredible experience!

-Extremely difficult to find when you come with the car during sunday ( when ZTL is green-open for car). The Google maps GPS gives the wrong access , on an extremely narrow one -way road ( which is a dead end road to the plaza where cars are forbidden ). It's impossible to stop the car to discharge the luggages . And a lot of roads are closed for construction ( not indicated by Google maps) making the GPS useless. Extremely dense number of pedestrians , like walking ants on the streets , making driving an absolute dangerous nightmare ! Better condemn you car in a parking-garage nearby and walk to the apartment. - Very small kitchen and dining room for 5 peoples. No direct window giving access to outside air in the kitchen. Lack of a lot of kitchen ustensils to cook. Do not expect any cooking ! Bedrooms are small but breathable .

Small apartment in a historic area of Florence, directly on a famous Plaza of Florence . Very easy walking distance to every famous landmarks . Beds are big and comfortable in very small bedrooms.

Would have preferred breakfast to be in a common area and not in our individual rooms but breakfast quality was very good. We were told when booking a reservation for 2 couples that our rooms would be next to each other. That was not the case after following up on this several times. My only point is that this should not have been offered if it couldn't be delivered upon. However, the rooms were great, and we had a wonderful time. It did not detract from our wonderful experience.

Breakfast delivered to the room was fine - but it would have been nice to have more coffee and to be provided with a menu daily to change the order.

The location is amazing and the rooms are huge - we had a Junior Suite looking straight out to the palazzo.
