Nice common room. however it would be nice to have a coffee machine and facilities for simple eating.

Right on the square overlooking the Temple of Apollo. loved being in the old city. Also so close to grocery store and sights.

We could not check in at 3pm as promised- since the proprietress had not been able to get the roome ready, due to earlier guests checking out late. She was having to manage the front desk, the cleaning, on her own- so this was understandable- but inconvenient for us, as we had to come back after 30 minutes to get into our rooms and freshen up. Another thing that was missing was a bottle of drinking water in the room- this would have been greatly appreciated.

Unbeatable location- right next to the temple of Apollo in Ortigia, on a busy street linking to the bridge to Siracusa mainland on one side- and to the main sights of Ortigia on the other. Very easy to get to from the train and bus stations in Siracusa. The proprietress recommende a very good cafe-restaurant nearby- where we had breakfast and lunch, were very satisfied, even got a 10% discount thanks to being guests of Casa Verga.

Really nice place close to everything in Siricusa, with good cafes and bars nearby. Deomy was really helpful and gave great recommendations on eating out and things to do.

I would only say the noisy bathroom.

Very nice person at the reception! Also we were lucky as we were upgraded to a bigger room with a nice terrasse and nice view on the Apollo temple. Amenities are really appreciated (shampoo, bottle of water, tea). Good advices on the visits and restaurants.

Quite old, especially the bathroom needs a refreshment. In a busy street so very noisy, no soundproof.

Street noise at night.

The staff are friendly and helpful and the B & B is in a good location within walking distance to all the main attractions, restaurants, shops etc. It is on the 2nd floor of the building (no lift). Our room (5) was very small with a balcony facing west so very hot in the afternoon and noisy at night. The bathroom is a tiny room with very small shower. It advertises as a B&B but no breakfast is available, however cafes are nearby.

Very noisy water system which went on every 5-10 min throughtout the night.. not ideal for light sleepers.

Very good location and we could leave our car close for free in a public car park. Room spacious with nice view.

The location of the B&B is in the heart of Ortiga. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the temple of apollo. The host was very helpful and gave great recommendations for restaurants. We would definitely recommend coming here.
