The two beds are separated only by a closet, the feeling that you slept in the same room.

Very easy registration. The location is in the very center of the city, but with the windows closed it is completely silent. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need.

There was no kettle to boil water for tea. We used pan instead.

Evenings are a little busy on the piazza, but only when the window is open.

Location on the prime Piazza is convenient. In the back there is the boardwalk of the lake. The shared kitchen is very new and the big portico is nice to eat on, while people watching. The piazza has musicians during the day. Carrefour express grocery store is walking distance. Parking near the campinile is plentiful (underground garage) and cheap: €14 for 24 hour period. The apartment is newly renovated with all the modern amenities. Perfect for2-3 night on the lake as a couple.

I'm surprised with your place. Positively I mean. Great location indeed. Apartment is lovely. Clean, nice, warm, cosy. Frankly speaking I'm very satisfied with my stay here.

1. It's located in the old town. So I have to drag my luggage all the way to the apartment. And the parking is somehow 300-400 m from the parking. 2. It's not exactly near the train station, about 300-400 m. 3. The elevator cannot be used. It's needed to carry the luggages up to the first floor (thanks that the room is only on the first floor )

Everything was perfect.

The property looked like a brand new renovation of a floor in an old Italian townhouse. It was lovely. We loved the little balcony overlooking the lake from our room. We also loved the shared balcony off the shared kitchen-diner which overlooked the beautiful town square. We ate on that balcony one evening to a backdrop of the gentle hum of the hustle 'n bustle of normal life in the square. The views were spectacular brom both balconies. The room was quiet, spotless and comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean and modern with quality toiletries and towels. There was no reception per se as we were met by Andrea at the room. He gave us the keys and explained all we needed to know. We had no contact with any staff after that. It was not necessary. The shared kitchen, dining and living rooms were high quality and modern. The location on both the lake and the square could not be bettered. We ate and drank in the square where there was a fine selection of cafés, bars and restaurants. The property was within easy walking distance of the bus, train and boat stations so trips from Lecco were easy and stress-free. The room was a wonderful place to return to after day trips on and around the beautiful Lake Como. La Casa sul Lago, Lecco was perfect for us and we will return to stay there soon.

It was an unusual accommodation. It was like a upmarket ski lodge in that we all had a room and ensuite bur facilities (kitchen, deck, and recreation facilities were shared. It served us very well.

Check-in seemed like it was going to be difficult as there is no front desk and we were given instructions to go to the neighboring restaurant, but it turned out to be a total breeze! One of the restaurant workers happily checked us in and gave us a tour of both rooms as well as the common area. It was actually one of the smoother check-ins of our entire trip. When we left we dropped the keys back off at the restaurant, so I'm not sure exactly how that would work if you had to leave earlier than the restaurant was open, but I'm sure they would work with you on that. Everyone we encountered throughout the process was amazing!

This property was such a great find! We had a double room, while our family had the suite that sleeps 4. Both rooms were extremely clean and modern looking, while still being comfortable. The double room had a small balcony overlooking the square below with an incredible view of the mountains and bell tower (photo attached). This view can also be seen from the common area balcony, where we sat and shared a bottle of wine on our last night, which I would highly recommend! The common area had a full kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, dishes, etc), dining tables both indoor and outdoor, a living room with gas fireplace and window opening to the lake as well. The suite also had windows opening to the lake view! Our whole group agreed this would be a great home base for a longer stay.

Amazing property. Spotlessly clean in the centre of old town. We had a double room en suite with views of the lake. We also had use of a shared kitchen and living space . There was a very spacious terrace with views of PiazzaSettembre XX and at the other side there was a smaller terrace with views of the lake. Exceptionally high spec furnishings snd well equipped kitchen. We would highly recommend this property.
