Really bad breakfast options- literally just cereal, bread, ham, tomatoes, cheese, some quiche and a cake. The beds upstairs are stuck in some wall enclave so had to pull it out otherwise you’d bash your head at night. Downside to doing this is that you are near the railings on the upper level and for someone who hates hights, it was not very restful. No natural light in the room

A strange room set-up with upper level being basically a balcony but it was very clean and in a great location. The breakfast lady and all the staff were very kind.

Check-in time was quite late (started at 3:30 p.m.), it would have been good if there had been someone in the reception in the mornings that you could have asked advice and tips for the day. The location was a bit too far from the main street and Citta alta, although it was easy to take a bus there, or walk to the train station.

The hotel was clean and we had a very big room. Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was a very basic Italian style.

The room was large and therefore needed a long time to warm up, it was a bit cold. The breakfast was very poor, little choice of food. There were no hot meals, there was only 1 table with hard-boiled eggs, quiche, 2 types of ham, tomato and that's it. There are sweet rolls and snacks on the second table rather than a real breakfast.

The hotel is located in a very good location, close to the center and all communications. The room was very large and spacious. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly (we asked for extra bedding and received it).

Unfortunately, I struggled to find the hotel due to being located behind a door of the main street, which wasn't immediately obvious to me, but once found, it felt very safe and secure.

We only stayed one night, so haven't noticed anything really.

Since we arrived passed the check in time we were given clear instructions by hotel staff how to access the room. The room itself was huge split in 2 floors, lots of storage space, integrated mini kitchenette, the room was warm and cozy

The negative for that room/apartment is that they have small windows but with grey stickers, so you do not see the outside of the apartment.

I use my data, so I did not use Wifi in the apartment. That was clean and had a lot of space with a mini kitchen closet - so we could warm milk at night... Polite staff in the hotel: at breakfast, prepare extra eggs and gluten-free things, and we talk with them in English.

The breakfast was poor. It was actually a little bit weird because the beakfast room was actually in the reception room. The windows are too high and cannot be opened and also you don't have natural light.

Beds were not so comfortable and the wifi seemed not to work with Android devices well. No other major issues.

Beautiful room in a lovely quiet location. Stylish and large accommodation with a large shower room. The staff were very helpful and could not have done enough for us. We had breakfast to go as we had an earlier flight. There are lots of restaurants nearby and it is right in the middle of lovely Bergamo.

1. Breakfast starts at 8.00 or 8.30 during the weekend, if you have an earlier train/ plane, it is not doable. There are no vegetables. 2. The suites rooms are not split/isolated, from the pictures you cannot understand this, but it is an open floor, no intimacy

Key card kept clicking, loudly, during the night, leading us to having to get up to insert and re-insert the card, several times through the night. The breakfast choice was very limited but nice.

I feel there should have been milk and a selection of teas in the room without having to ask for it and also sufficient toilet paper. I don’t normally struggle to find items in a breakfast room but I did at your hotel unfortunately. I felt the breakfast had too many sweet items and again milk wasn’t readily available although supplied when asked. The breakfast ladies were busy so it was just an extra thing they had to deal with.A fruit salad would be nice and possibly more cereals.

We loved the room, cleanliness and the location of the hotel.The staff were very helpful especially the young man in the evening. Loved the sweet on the pillow.

The only "minus" is missing the lift ... Our room was at 3rd floor and stairs were really steep , but minor issue.

Wi-Fi was patchy.

Lovely hotel on a street just off Porta Nuova. Large wooden door at street opening up to a courtyard with hotel behind. We had a split level suite with the spiral staircase with a sitting area with daybed table & chairs. Fantastic staff especially Marissa & Antonio who looked after us wonderfully.
