As soon as we arrived, the hotel receptionist rushed to help with our bags and had put a complimentary bottle of Prosecco with two glasses in our room ready for us - such a wonderful touch for our honeymoon that went a long way! Comfy beds, lovely bathrooms and lots of luxury finishing touches.

Bathroom smelled like sewage. Lots of flies on breakfast table, some vegetables were off (mold on tomatoes). Location close to the port and Spanish quarter but we liked the historic center area better, personal preference.

Beautiful stylish rooms, breakfast on the roof terrace, luxury amenities. Good pricepoint. Convenient if you have to catch the boat to Capri or Sorrento

Arriving at this hotel is a little concerning. You enter through an alley off a side street to a small elevator that takes one person and luggage to a third floor reception desk. Once you get through that, you arrive to a most welcoming staff who couldn't possibly be more helpful and charming. My partner and I were checked in very quickly to a very spacious and well appointed room with high ceilings, a large marble bathroom, and a city view overlooking a courtyard fountain. Too many pleasant details to get into here but I recommend the hotel without hesitation and I commend the staff for their professionalism and for accommodating our numerous requests for taxis, restaurant reservations, and more.

There was nothing that I didn’t like. If I would suggest something, it’d be more savory options for breakfast.

I have no words to thank all the staff for the very good stay I had there. Honestly, I want to apologize for being a messy, noisy, drunk guest one night 😅 Please, no hard feelings lol The cleaniness and the well decorated room stands out. The breakfast is modest but had everything I usually have at home. The hotel is located steps away from the metro station and 1,5km away from the Port. Very good English speaking staff btw

We were deflated when we saw how dirty the area was around the hotel, especially after coming from the Amalfi Coast where luxury was abound. The driving is insane in Naples. We didn’t like the entrance to the hotel at all and to be honest it didn’t feel like a hotel.

We unfortunately didn’t eat breakfast because we left early for our flight.

For this amount of money the breakfast should be better. The tomatoes and cucumbers even from 7.30 am in the morning looks like old. The food is okay, but nothing super special.

We experienced rude behavior from someone at the front desk due to an assumption on his part about who was staying in the room. Neither of our rooms had windows which I wish we had understood in advance. Location is very difficult to reach by car due to one-way streets.

Wonderful location--close to lively shopping streets, museums, port, and transit. The rooms are pretty, sparkling clean, and very quiet. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was very good.

The rate included breakfast which wad so terrible , all the hot food were cold and look like they have been sitting there for days , the cut fruits look brown and not fresh. I would rather pay for something decent. we provided the comment to the concierge but he didn’t seem to care. Need big improvement or don’t include breakfast.

The pillows really need replacing, they are well past their prime. The bed was OK but again, has seen better days. A few extra sachets of coffee would be nice. When I made the booking I didn't realise that access to the hotel was via a glass elevator or very steep stairs, both are a big problem for me. It didn't help that since the rooms are on the 3rd floor and the breakfast area is on the second floor I had to use the elevator even more. If it had been clear in the hotels description then I wouldn't have made the booking. Also, there were a couple of ants by the bedroom window and by the shower in the bathroom.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel conveniently located to most attractions and shopping areas. The shower was very nice, a little small but nice. A kettle and tea and coffee sachets was good for a cuppa at the start and end of the day.

incredibly poor food hygiene. Human hair discovered in the bacon. we showed it to the hotel receptionist (who was in the breakfast room at the time) and kitchen staff. both reactively coldly, no apologies at all but simply took the plate away with 0 explanation or words said. the bowl for tomatoes was also mouldy, which was the same throughout our stay. We received no apologies at all throughout the whole incident including when we check-out. If the hotel disagrees to this statement, they are very welcome to check their own CCTV to prove.

Very loud. In the room you can hear what is happening in the hotel and on the street. It was awful. Breakfast is a disaster and only with instant coffee! Have breakfast elsewhere

the entrance to the hotel is not direct and inside there are too many steps that feel not secure. there is a nice roof for sitting but in cold /rain days (like we were) there are no places to sit outside the room.
