We stayed for 5 days and would have loved a room service once. We ran low on toilet paper and the breakfast stuff (coffee, Nutella, jam,...) was only provided as if we stayed only for one night.

The room was very well equipped. Even a connected smart TV is in the room. We stayed for 5 days which is quite long for this small village. But if you are by car then is the perfect place to start each day trip.

Getting in to the room when we arrived was a bit confusing. Booking. Com should have been better about communicating by email, the instructions on where and how to get the key and check in. Got a message from hotel manager in Italian, with a link and info in Italian, we speak English. We had to call the phone number which cost quite a bit as an international call

Wonderful apartment, felt very safe except there was no safe in the room. Worried a little about leaving passports or valuables in the room while we were out. Otherwise, loved the apartment, lovely cleaning lady, Laura. Very friendly. Probably not a great place to stay if it’s not there, no AC, only a fan, but the weather was cool so we were ok. David, the check in person who took our money for the room, the guy who worked at their restaurant, was Wonderful, smart, professional and friendly, spoke perfect English. He was outstanding !!! And also the cleaning lady. She was friendly, sweet, and so helpful.

Suggested we would have a balcony but we didn't. Breakfast was ???? Only one sheet. No air-conditioning and we couldn't leave windows open

We did the check in at the restaurant next to the apartment and the girl was rude.

The apartment is super cute and very comfortable and spacious and mostly we could get to the lake in 2 min!

The only windows in the room where on a street side and you couldn't keep them open during the night because of the noise. This made it very difficult to sleep. No airco available

The fact that it had no air conditioning in August was awful. We were directed to staff at a local restaurant to book us in and that took very long and they did not speak English.

Big place, very clean, but no air conditioning and we had a room on a busy street so when we open the windows it was noisy. There was no cross ventilation. We had to leave a day early because we couldn’t stand the heat.

Nothing, cannot fault it.

This hotel was the biggest gem during our entire touring holiday. The pictures of the room dont do it justice at all. It really was lovely. Very nicely decorated and modern, super clean ad lots of facilities available. The restaurant down the road was a walkable distance and the food there is also quite nice. Its definitely worth a stop, and the price for the room was also one of the cheapest we stayed in, yet probably the nicest!

Very very bad management. We couldn't check in if booking.com customer service didn't support us. They didn't answer againt our call and email even they agreed late check in. We arrived within promissed time. Though we had to wait for them in front of their property over 1hour and half in the midnight. We didn't know the reception situateded in the different building and place and they even didn't advise it to us in advance. Finally booking.com contacted them for us,so they seemed to answered and contacted us. However, the receptionist didn't even appologize to us and just explained how to check in.As if we were just waiting for them at wrong place. It was the worst experience ever. I don't recommend this property in particular for foriegn tourist. If you have any problems and you call them, they will probably no answer to you. They avoid international call and if they reply via email , they replay it to you in Italian. Luckily my husband could speak Italian so we could understand what they said. They are foreign unfriendly. If you want to enjoy your holiday , this place better avoid.

To start with, the receptionist woman at the nearby restaurant who checked us in was very unkind and unwelcoming. Luckily for us, there was a very nice and helpful bartender who showed us around. The room we stayed in (pink) was not properly cleaned (the toilet), also the bathroom was just useless. The artistic washbasin was difficult to use and the shower was fixed to the wall, I guess that's how they have them in prisons not hotels... Oh, and the breakfast, there was this poor basket version, personally I don't think something like that should count as a meal.
