How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

The location is very good, it has a large free parking lot, the room is clean, spacious, the bathroom is modern, the breakfast is served as a very convenient and fast buffet on the ground floor, the restaurant with all the drinks of the winery is separate and does not disturb the bedrooms, you can buy wine and prosecco at very good prices directly from the restaurant at late hours when the winery is closed

More variety of food could be offered for breakfast.
They were very helpful during the reception and check-in process. And they welcomed me with treats.

Absolutely nothing could have been better.
Là Di Anselmi is part of a Winery. The location is great! A mere 30 second walk from the Winery to your room. The rooms look to be newly renovated and extremely clean and modern. All the amenities too: refrigerator, TV, hair dryer, etc. Great Italian breakfast also. Staff was also super friendly and helpful. I was able to check in with an English speaking staff member. After she left for the day, we had to communicate with sign language, which is alright too!

Very good location for a stay during the travel. Not far from the main highway, offering spacious rooms with comfortable beds. A little bit too noisy from the street outside, however there is a bar opened until late hours where you can enjoy your free welcome drink and have a couple more to ease your senses. Decent and tasty breakfast in the morning with savory and sweet dishes.

A mosquito net could be quite useful in the summer. The staff is polite but verry cold.
The rooms are clean, the breakfast is simple but delicios, they give you a glass a wine at the arrival as a welcome. They have a really good local beer.

The location is placed next to a pretty busy street. Therefore you have car and traffic noises around you. For us the noise level was okay, if you are sensitiv to that, you should have this fact at least in mind.
Lá di Anselmi is a nice, comfy place if you want to stay one or two nights and enjoy some good Italian cold platter and excellent wine. The rooms are not fancy, but very very clean! Beds are comfortable and the garden/vineyard is worth a little visit. The staff is very helpful and attends you in several languages. When you're there, don't miss out trying some wines and having a bruschetta or two! ;-)

We had issues with the stairs as we were on the top floor and there is no lift. If you have disabilities be sure to request a lower floor room.
It is a great winery, very conveniently located on the main road through the Prosecco valley. They have amazing wines and the bodega is wonderful! The hotel is situated just loff the road, so it is very easy to be found and to park your car in their open air parking. They accept also pets. The rooms are small but clean and well decorated, the surroundings are the wonderful Prosecco county. In the morning it is very nice to have a breakfast in the beautiful garden and then buy a lot of great local wines. We'd definetly return, just next time on a lower floor, please :)
