Parking was a little bit awkward, but once we figured it out it was fine.

When we first arrived Chiara was there to provide us with our orientation and helped us work through the details of this property. I was a little road weary, and her patience show me how to (ahem!) access the property after hours was invaluable! It is located just outside of the old town, so we did do a lot of stair walking, but the hotel is located within walking distance of all of the major sites in Ragusa. As we had a car, it was also convenient as parking was just out in front of the hotel, so we didn't need to drag our bags very far at all. The breakfast was wonderful - be sure to try the fresh squeezed blood orange juice and canoli!

We made the mistake of climbing all 430 steep steps to reach the Hotel from Ibla where the taxi dropped us off. Had we clearer directions to begin with, we would never have attempted it with out luggage.

The main picture of the hotel - breakfast table with a city view is misleading as the breakfast is on the grand floor without city view. This was the only negative thing.

The location is perfect with good access to Ragusa Ibla on foot. Chiara and her team were incredibly welcoming and helpful. This is a great choice for a solo female traveller. The breakfast is amazing.

Nothing much but just one small suggestion. Remove the dead flowers on the balcony. They add no value.

We loved this place! Its an unpretentious small hotel that managed to surpass most of my expectations. Rooms are quite large and super comfortable with a really comfortable bed, nice crisp lines and great bathroom. Also totally spotless. We had a room on the first floor with a balocny overlooking a lovely square (but no view of Ibla) Location is great is you want to explore both Ibla nd Ragusa Superiore as it right between the two with a hidden path that leads you down to Ibla . Breakfast was also very good with a good selection including cannoli. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. 100% recommended and will be back.

Fabrice at the reception makes this hotel. If i was the owner, i would make him part of the business. Breakfast is simple but personal with the nice lady there helping you.

Parking can be difficult although there are many possible places around if one is full you might have to drive a big circle to park in another street. We parked at Via Carmine next to our room and there was still space, but it gets full in the evening.

Friendly staff and excelent description of all the main sights in town. Location is in between the two parts of town, easy short walk to the cathedral with many great dining options and also near the stairs to Ibla. Very good and fresh breakfast

This critique has nothing to do with the hotel which was perfectly fine, But, be forewarned: Ragusa is a very hilly city and was a struggle for an elderly couple, one of whom had a foot fracture.

The hotel met my request for a ground floor room since I was traveling with a recently fractured bone in my foot. Parking was readily available on the street and we found a spot abound 50 yards from the hotel. Staff's recommendation for dinner was spectacular with outside dining looking over the city,

Overall in a decent position between Ragusa Superiore and Ibla. Room was nice and the staff were very helpful. A nice quiet spot - the church bells end at 9:30pm. A nice view from our room and also a little balcony.
