Extremely central with everything you could want on a short break within a couple of minutes walk. The property is very clean and Marina was just a message away if you need anything. Trieste itself is a fabulous scenic place to visit. We will definitely be back.

Everything was quite satifactory from my perspective.

A perfect location from which to explore the best Trieste has to offer. Steps from Piazza Unita d'Italia and the waterfront, an easy 15 minute walk to/from the train station, surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants and stores that provided for all your needs. La Dorata was clean, pleasant and well equipped with all that is needed for a comfortable stay (towels, etc). The kitchen, while by no means extensive, still allowed one to prepare their own meal if they so desired. Marina was a gracious and welcoming hostess and happy to suggest places to eat and things to do/see (although being originally from Trieste this was not something I required). All in all, La Dorata made for an excellent week in Trieste, comes highly recommended on my part, and will definitely be the place for my stay when I next return to Trieste.

everything was great.

The apartment is gorgeous. It´s right in the center so you can get anywhere in just a few minutes. There are a lot of restaurants and bars. You can take a bus to get to Barcola beach or Miramare Castle (bus stop is just like 10 mins of walking from the apartment). The host was very nice and showed us all the important points on the map and recommended very good restaurants. The apartment is well equipped, you can make Italian coffee and we got something small for breakfast and drinks for refreshment when we arrived. If you are traveling by car, you can park on the street (paid parking), but it was quite a challenge to find a free parking spot, you can also use parking in a garage. We parked in Park San Giusto, which is just like 3 mins walking from apartment and the cost is 20€/24hours.

Location is perfect, just around the corner is Piazza Unita. Walking distance from bus station is about 15 minutes. The apartment was spacious, very cosy and spotless clean. Kitchen was well equipped and we use to made our breakfast there. Big and comfortable bed and laundry machine crowned our stay. The hostess was very nice and friendly. It was easy to communicate with her and she gave us tips about nice cafes, restaurants and places to visit. Easy walk to everywhere. Me and my daughter just loved the place!

Marina’s apartment just metres off the main city piazza is beyond fabulous! I highly recommend it it while in Trieste. She’s hands on to assist via whatsapp & communication with her was seamless. I loved staying there.

I don't think we were told that the apartment was next door to a hairdresser, working from home from her apartment. So, got a wee bit noisy from around 8am, and then all through the day with chatter from the clients!

the apartment was spotless, all looked very new fixtures and fittings, and very well equipped. Met by the host who was very friendly and helpful, and met us outside the property when we arrived by taxi from the bus station, although it was easily walkable! Apartment was very central to get the main areas of the city.
