Everything was perfect. It is a 15-20 minute bus ride into downtown Florence. It is a bit inconvenient if one wants to take a break in midday. The last back is around midnight, so one should plan their time accordingly. If you are not in a rush and would enjoy the peaceful village and farm stay, this is the place!

Our host, Angelo, was a kind and thoughtful man who attended to all our needs without being intrusive. The breakfast spread was the best of all our stays, with eggs made to order, fruit, and a selection of freshly baked items on premises by the gracious cook Leesa. In the evening, we were greeted with a cozy ambiance; A light was left on. The place is tidied up, and the heater is on to take away the night chill. Fresh flowers from the farm, a new bottle of wine every night, and aperitivos were left in the room. These small gestures went a long way to make their guests feel welcome. We have never stayed in an Agriturismo, but this humble estate, with room for just a few guests, allows the owners to give each guest his attention. If all farm stays are this way, I highly recommend this stay in Italy.

Great location outside the city centre allowing for peace and quiet while quick and easy getting to town by bus. Beautiful traditional house with a lovely garden. Clean and comfortable. Secure parking onsite. Very nice hosts.

The decor could be spruced up a bit, but everything was very clean and functional.

Angelo is a gem - so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really impressive, and we loved Elisa's pies and cakes. The guesthouse is very near the local bus stop, and it took just 20 or so minutes to get to central Florence. Angelo very obligingly supplied us with a kettle, cups and milk so we could make hot drinks in our room.

La Fattoressa is the quintessential Tuscan place to stay, when you want to experience both the charms of a lovely B&B and the personal attention of the staff and owners. The rooms are good size, exceptionally clean and charming, being able to sit out on the private room patio with a glas of the everyday-appearing house white wine, enjoying the well tended garden, is all a part of the heart of the La Fattoressa stay. The history of the family running this place is embedded in (and on) the walls, and the hospitality shown by especially Angelo is exeptional. The breakfast setup is something not to miss( and if you do, by magic a plate appeared in my room after returning from an early start of the day, missing breakfast). The surrounds feel safe, it is quiet, which can be sorely needed after hectic Florence. AC in room was handling the heat wave without problem. Even though this is on the outskirts of Florence, the short( ca 15 min) bus ride into Florence, is so worth it for the La Fattoressa experience. The location is also an excellent place as starting point for exploration of the Tuscany wine region.

Air conditioning broke the second night so was tough to sleep that night.

Beautiful place. Owner was very kind. Gave us a lot of information about traveling in to Florence and had bus tickets for us to use. Just had to replace them for the next guest. Breakfast was delicious and a lot of options. Room was spacious and clean.

We loved everything about our B and B stay and wished we had booked to stay longer!

Our hosts were so pleasant, friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet selection was excellent and delicious! Our room was clean, comfortable and very cute. It was tidied every day and we were kindly given a new bottle of wine daily. We unfortunately had to check out before breakfast on our last day, despite saying breakfast was required our host so kindly left us a full breakfast selection and coffee in our room for us to have prior to leaving. It was very much appreciated and delicious.
