The triple room was a bit too small for 3 people and it only had 1 window. Also the hotel shares a reception desk with another hotel round the corner (only a couple of minutes away).

The location is perfect and central. The breakfast and the terrace were lovely and the staff was great and very helpful. Also they provided good gluten free options during breakfast upon request. We also liked the fact that your luggage will be delivered to your room since we left the luggage there as we arrived earlier than the check in time.

The room was very small, and I could accept this if the other things I am about to mention were addressed. No on site concierge, you have to check-in and check-out at another hotel that is around the corner in another street. This can be a pain if you are carrying luggage. If you want to leave luggage, you have to take it to the other hotel. They were not very accommodating for early check-in. There is no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, which is very big negative in my view. The fridge was not stocked with anything other than two bottles of water, but there is a price list for drinks that are not stocked there. There is a small shop that sells wines and drinks next door but it is a rip off.

Very clean, free wifi, good friendly staff, excellent location and breakfast was good with barista coffee. Easy walk to Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain, where you will find a lot of restaurants and tourist shops.

- 3 person-room was way too small for 3 adults, the size of the bed was OK but the space within the room was not engough to move around much - bathroom was outdated, the tub was basically moving - room was a little noisy (from the street)

- Great breakfast on the beautiful rooftop terrace - Hotel location is just perfect, 3 minutes from the Trevi Founten/Spanish steps and shopping area. - Public transport is also very close (buses, metro) - hotel staff was very nice

The location of this property was perfect - wonderful for exploring Rome on foot and not too far from the main train station (Roma Termini). Although you have to go to another property close by for checkin, the staff there were friendly and helpful.

We had two rooms (one for myself and partner) and one for my parents (age group mid/late 60's). On the day of check in, we arrived a little early so went out for a few hours until check in time. My parents arrived at 2pm ready to check in but the room wasn't ready. The hotel in question is a short walk away from the reception, so my parents waited 20 mins in the other hotel reception until they were told it was ok to go to the room. They were sent to the 'hotel' without a key but didn't realize until they reached the other hotel. They had to go back to the other hotel to obtain the key and then were not given all the details such as Wi-Fi code, or where to get breakfast etc. May not sound like a big deal, but my parents where very tired and very hot given the temps, and didn't appreciate all the back and forwards between separate hotels. We arrived later, so check in was fine and ready by 3pm (not the stated 2pm). We found the Wi-Fi was very poor, only worked if you stood in the corridor). The shower in the bathroom was dirty, full of hair and flooded every time you used it (I tried to clean it out but it didn't seem to help much). Also aircon wasn't adjustable and so given we stayed during a heatwave, it didn't seem to make any difference. We also had issues with the water coming out the tap (seemed to be low pressure and no hot water). My partner found a tap under the sink which has been turned off (probably to restrict water)

1. The water drainage in our room didn't work very well which is a bit challenging when 3 people need to shower. But it's not the end of the world.

1. Location was excellent. Only 3-4 minutes to the Fontana di Trevi. Also the Piazza di Spagna is just around the corner. 2. The breakfast initially looked quite small but it really offered everything one needs: Coffee, tea, fresh fruits, baked goods (muffins, cake, pancakes), boiled eggs, various toasts, mini sandwiches, juices, etc. The cappuccino was delicious.

the shower head in our room was broken (the metal wire in particular), so the pressure of water was not enough to shower well, as well as water was accumulating in the bottom. The problem was indicated to the personnel.
