Very friendly and comfortable bed and breakfast very near the beach and a quick walk to the port. We had a room with terrace and sea view, that was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good and the sisters that own the place were very friendly and helpful with suggestions and guidance. Highly recommended!

We had an absolutely great stay at La Finestra sul Mare! The sisters who run the place are the sweetest and most helpful hosts. Superb, home baked breakfast! Still missing the plum cake. :) The location is great, two steps to the beach and the bus station and ferry are really close. Despite the central location we slept really well and there wasn't any disturbing noise.

There is a stair to the entrance, not good when have a large suitcase. And a reminder, I didn’t find a socket that suitable for EU charger (for example, my charger can be use in Netherlands, Germany, but not in the room, Italy sockets actually have some difference from EU ones).

Clean. And the room is big. Close to the port, and to the beach.It is runing by two ladies. They are kind. And the Breakfast is good. Also nice to have kitchen，good for long term stay.

The only tiny negative was the difficulty to find the place – the entrance door is in the courtyard, gates of which look like locked (they weren’t, though) and there is no sign showing that there is B&B there, except a tiny writing by the doorbell.

Very atmospheric place in great location. View from the terrace is stunning. I was really sorry it was coldish in the mornings and I could not have my breakfast there. Breakfast was very good and it was very nice, when I have to leave earlier than stated breakfast time, the charming ladies - owners came earlier to make me coffee and a hot croissant. I had a room with a bathroom in corridor, but, as there were practically no other guests (low season), this was not a problem. One another positive experience was that when shower broke and I showed it to the owners in the morning, it was fixed by the evening when I was back.

Ischia is a very touristic island with (too?) many visitors compared to residents.

Nice B&B with private bathroom and frienly staff. Close (50m) to the beach, pizzerias, tavernas, restaurants and (tourist)shops. Reccommended!

We stayed in the room called Charonia, at the end of March, during the off season. The room looks into a courtyard and faces a wall. Mattress was ok, and the room was spacious with its own bathroom and lots of cupboard space, but you could tell it hadn't been refurbished in a while. The toilet seat was cracked, as were some tiles, some rust in the shower. There was also a humming from outside all night, meaning we had to sleep with earplugs. You could also hear the noise of ferries coming and going in the distance. That said, there is a/c but I hate to think what it's like in the height of summer. Also beware when booking, some rooms don't have en suite bathrooms.

The location is very central, 5 minutes walk from the port, so great if it's your first time in Ischia and don't feel like dragging your luggage around before going to explore. Also a beach right opposite. Doriana was very welcoming and good at communicating. The premises were also very clean and the communal terrace where breakfast is served in good weather was pleasant. There is also a fridge where guests can keep their food if needed.

Some rooms have the bathroom across the hall. All communication to find the B&B were only in italian.

Beautiful location right at the harbour of Ischia. The hosts are very friendly.
