Francesca was an amazing host. The breakfast she supplied for our stay was fantastic, plenty of choice. the apartment was large, comfortable and only a ten minute walk away from the centre of florence. would highly recommend

The mattresses are too soft. The towels are still damp (perhaps not totally dried and got damp again after they left the dryer). However, we enjoyed the beautiful bathroom with very good quality shampoos and body soap.

Great breakfast! The location is superb! Beautiful neighborhood! It is safe and very convenient for any newbies in Florence, Definitely our best of luck to have stayed over during our trip!

Host Francesca was wonderful. Very welcoming and offered some helpful advice for what to visit and about using public transport in Florence. The quality and quantity of the breakfast items in the apartment very plentiful and varied. The apartment was very clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. This is the best lodging experience I ever had. The moment I stepped into the apartment, I didn't want to leave. It's spacious, clean, and cozy, with fully equipped and easy-to-use facilities. It's just about a 15-minute walk from the train station, very quiet and safe at night, with a supermarket nearby, and about a 20-minute walk along the river you can reach to the main attractions area. And we are especially grateful to the host Francesca, she's really warm and friendly. She provided much more food and snacks than 3 days' worth of breakfast (all of which were surely delicious!) which was very helpful during the trip! Her recommendations for sights, restaurants, and transportation were also very practical. You can genuinely say it feels just like home.

The bed in the small room is not too comfortable. Mattress seems old.

Host was great, place was nice and homey feel. Breakfast had many options and fully stock fridge. It has washer and dryer so that was a plus to do laundry.

Absolutely everything! The best accommodation we have ever stayed in. Would give more than rating 10 if possible. The host, Francesca, met us at check in. She explained everything & gave lots of local recommendations as well. Francesca was obviously proud of her accommodation & proud of her city! The best host we have ever encountered. Francesca provided so much beautiful food for our family of four during our stay. Thank you! The apartment is superbly decorated & very comfortable. Also, spotlessly clean. The second bathroom was a joy for our family, particularly with two teenagers in tow. The rooms are spacious. Francesca’s apartment is situated in a beautiful, quiet part of Florence. We loved walking the neighbourhood streets. There are a number of good quality restaurants in the area. Short walk to central Florence along beautiful streets. Loved every minute there!

The host, Francesca went above and beyond to make our stay special in her very spacious and lovely apartment. She met us when we arrived and ensured we had everything we needed during our time in Florence. Francesca left us with so much food and drinks as well as very helpful suggestions on where to go whilst exploring Florence. The apartment was spotlessly clean and close to the main parts but in a lovely quiet area not too far from the main station. It was a perfect location and apartment and we would recommend this highly to anyone wanting a great base whilst in Florence. We are a family of four and our teenage daughters loved having their own rooms with their own bathroom. Perfetto per tutti!

Francesca is truly amazing, an exemplary host and a kind and caring person. The level of hospitality and welcome that she provided for us was beyond anything I have experienced anywhere!!! The apartment is beautifully furnished, spacious, immaculately clean, well equipped and feels like home. It is so close to the tram stop, bus stop and train station. The abundance of food that Francesca provided was unbelievable and the time she took to show us places to go on the map was invaluable!!! We enjoyed the quiet and beautiful neighborhood. What a pleasant experience we had being away from the touristic and crowded area but at a walking distance from the center of Florence. I cannot think of one negative thing.

Oh my goodness, where do I start? I LOVED THIS APARTMENT. I’m fussy and it was immaculately clean, there were two bathrooms and two bedrooms so no fighting over the facilities, breakfast was included and the selection was fantastic. Overall it was warm and comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was good too, it was maybe a 10/15 minute walk into the centre of Florence but who goes on a city break and doesn’t expect to walk?! But even after all this the best part was the host Francesca. She was welcoming and helpful with ideas and suggestions of places to eat and things to do in Florence. She made sure we had enough of what we wanted food wise for the duration of our stay (more than what we needed) and checked in with us by text several times to make sure we were happy and enjoying ourselves. Just a fantastic spot and would highly recommend.

Gorgeous large apartment, only 15 min away from Ponte Vecchio and very near the river. The apartment was wide and spotlessly clean with a nice kitchen fully equipped, even had dishwasher, washer, and dryer. Francesca is a lovely host, so very helpful. It’s also worth to mention that she stocked the apartment with wonderful products for our breakfasts, we didn’t need to do any shopping at all. La Firenze Sogna is a wonderful place to stay in Florence and we absolutely loved our stay there.
